Well I read a nice little spoiler on a dutch gaming site concerning the demo they were shown at the E3.

Not sure if it's true though, from what we've seen in the past...a lot of reviews are based on a journalist's interpretation of the info given and if what they got is as vague as what we got from E3...anything goes

I initially tried to write Tuesdays there. Shepard can introduce two naked days, can't she?

Of course she can. Because she is Commander Shepard and that is her favourite piece of ass on the Normandy

Gah, the more I hear about this game the less I want it.  I really hope that info isn't true.  As much as I love Kaidan, the Normandy is Shepard's ship and my Sheps are going to be very belligerent to anyone who tries to take control of it, lol.

I did wonder if she'd be stripped of her spectre status though, after all I don;t think blowing up a mass relay was what the Council had in mind when they told her to keep a low profile.

The bit about her rank being stripped- would they have time to do that especially considering the Reapers interrupt the trial?

She would defintely protest about giving up her loft unless there was a compromise in form of sharing the bed >_>

It would seem odd that they "innocent until proven guilty" thing wouldn't be followed--that they would strip her status prior to being tried and found guilty.  What's really obnoxious is that Hackett was the one that wanted Shepard to go on this mission in the first place--and without backup even.  Yet, notice how he didn't want to even read the report that Shepard had handed him at the end of Arrival?  Hackett handed it back without looking at it.  My husband and I think that's so that he can claim plausible deniability later. 

On another note, in replaying ME2 yesterday and feeling bad after Horizon one of the e-mails caught my attention.  Its the one from the colonists on Horizon asking for Shepard to find her family that was taken.  She said that the Alliance soldier there had given her Shepard's contact info.  That gave me some hope.  Even with how disappointed, hurt and angry Kaidan was with Shepard on Horizon, he still had faith in her or perhaps still held onto hope that Shepard was the same woman that he loved.  That letter came right after Horizon whereas Kaidan's e-mail doesn't come until after the next mission.  It gives me hope that he was in shock and not really in control of his emotions on Horizon.  That hopefully after thinking about things, he'll be more reasonable.

If Kaidan is a Spectre, I hope that Anderson has shared with him if Shepard sent that Cerberus intel to the Alliance (as all my Shepards had done) and that Shepard had tried to warn the Batarian colonies, etc.

Huh. I got both e-mails at the same time (I did Kasumi's loyalty mission after Horizon) ...so, yeah, that's definitely something to think about! (On my second playthrough of ME2 right now.)

Yeah, that's what my Shep has been doing, throwing all the Cerbereus intel at Alliance because she's so damn mad at TIM.

In Canada at least, at the recent murder trial of Col. Russell Williams, he was stripped of his rank upon pleading guilty.

I think a paragon Shepard might, sort of taking the 'yes I did it but it was necessary' approach.
thinking about it a renegade Shepard might as well saying like 'I did it to save your collective asses!'
either way it would be awesome if you actually got to choose the plea.

I'm kind of hoping Kaidan has control of the Normandy, loyality and such might come into play on how well they work together once Shepard is back aboard. I foresee some very interesting drama.

Really?  Weird!  I think Chris Priestly needs to be contacted if the ME3 forums require game registration to post, that doesn't seem right...

But yeah, I made a "spoiler friendly" Kaidan discussion thread in the new ME3 Characters and Romance Discussion forum.  I figured it would be a good place to stick future spoiler discussion, and we can make this thread a safe place for those who don't want to read that stuff, but still want to talk about ME1 & ME2 Kaidan related goodness.

Hopefully it works well.  If anyone has anything to add to the OP, please let me know.

hehe, I hope nobody minds that I took the initiative.  I just figured that I'd do it since I am an unrepentant spoiler junkie who won't mind updating as we learn new facts, and I KNOW I'll be living in the ME3 forums anyway until the game comes out.
