Really?  Weird!  I think Chris Priestly needs to be contacted if the ME3 forums require game registration to post, that doesn't seem right...

But yeah, I made a "spoiler friendly" Kaidan discussion thread in the new ME3 Characters and Romance Discussion forum.  I figured it would be a good place to stick future spoiler discussion, and we can make this thread a safe place for those who don't want to read that stuff, but still want to talk about ME1 & ME2 Kaidan related goodness.

Hopefully it works well.  If anyone has anything to add to the OP, please let me know.

I was definitely thinking of you and Sapphy when I was writing the other thread.  I just wish the new forum had been made right when ME3 was announced, to spare those who don't want spoilers from feeling like they're forced out of many threads.

@helenovision:  that is awesome!!!  I am eagerly awaiting my N7 hoody in ME3.

Hello all, I'm a big fan of the ME games and actually don't have a problem with any squadies from either game. Only lately has my girlfriend opened my eyes to how awesome Kaiden is. He is a great bromance when I play a male Shep (not very often...lol). Even though I am a straight man I can fully understand the appeal of the coolest sentinal in the game.

This is probably the longest and most complicated thing I've made.  I tried to keep it exciting, powerful and intriguing. It's the story of Trista Shepard, my Colonist/Sole Survivor Soldier.

Not sure if it's true though, from what we've seen in the past...a lot of reviews are based on a journalist's interpretation of the info given and if what they got is as vague as what we got from E3...anything goes

Please, can we start to use the ME3 Kaidan thread for spoilers?

It's great that we're sharing fan art and Kaidan love over there, but people who do not want to see spoilers should have a safe place to post also, and it would be nice if the ME1 & 2 thread could be that place.

Agreed, I don't mind spoilers but people wanting to avoid them need a safe harbour............

No problem, as I've said, I'm a spoiler junkie, so they don't bother me.

The two Anders threads before DA2 came out had a good thing going -- fanart and the usual Awakening Anders chat in the DA:O forum (spoiler free, of course), while discussion and speculation about DA2 Anders went on in the DA2 forum. I hope we can have that once things have settled down a bit.

Now it's this thread about spoilers and that thread about fan creations. Weird things are happening these days.
The only real problem I see is that any people may post in new forums, not just ME2 game owners like it is for this character discussion, so I always carry a torch just to be safe
