it says starting strength 0 for destroying and keeping the geth in me2. does that mean neither choice makes a difference?
i destroyed them even though Mokona Shepard is paragon. she was just paranoid that they would change back. she has spent too long killing geth.

Yeah I did that same and from what that says, if the Geth choice doesn't make a difference I'm gonna be irritated.

i initially rewrote then but went back and destroed them..because if once re-written, can be done again... can't wait for the guide to get here...hopefully before the 8th.

thats exactly what i did. i had a nagging in my mind that rewriting was only going to lead to more problems so i had to reload and destroy them. legion didnt seem to mind

Because if the geth choice has no influence on the game at all, it makes the whole decision invalid and pointless.

I'd like to see the choices I've made have an impact of some sort, negative or positive.

it also says 0 for saving the council. thats pretty ****ty to get 0 for. i mean i saved that turian even though i pictured multiple ways for him to die. do you get anything for not saving them?

Can I please have the war assets list PMd as well?

 Ehhh, dunno how I feel about this "war asset" thing. My first playthrough is going to be a non-imported one to see what's what before importing my canon and running it through. So does that mean that non-imports are going to get hosed on certain assets just because they didn't want to import/played ME3 first/etc?

Not to mention it sort of ruins the "free to choose" feeling of ME. If certain options in ME1/ME2 benefit ME3's war assets and the other options don't, then a lot of people will go back and metagame so they get the optimal amount of war assets. That means a lot of people's "canon" will be the same for major decisions, and that's not cool. >.>


And the above is all speculation on my part until I actually play the game, I am not going to run around shouting "PRE-ORDER CANCELLED!", promise! 

And the Geth, I destroyed them. Usually I would choose all major Paragon options, but my last complete canon-need-to-finish-everything playthrough I went with what I felt was right, not just because the blue bar told me to. And rewriting the Geth had Admiral Ackbar screaming "IT'S A TRAP!" in my ear.
