I really want to finish this ME 2 play through before I start ME 3 which won't happen after I get the game, so it's probably not a bad thing that it's not here yet. Well it is but eh... /sigh

So i thought i would warn everyone. If you tell Kaidan to become a Spectre hes out of the game for good, cant find him anywhere. I have been playing for 8 hours and i have to start over! Very angry.

What are you sure? Doesn't he comes back around the middle of the game to talk to shep and then afterwards you know for certain if he leaves forever or not?

If you haven't come up to the Udina coup yet on the Citadel, DON'T PANIC!

Once that comes up, you'll run into Kaidan again. You'll come to a point in the conversation where you have to try and convince Kaidan that Shepard is on his side and that Udina is the enemy. f you don't have enough persuasion, you'l be forced to kill him.

 The wait is killing me, so many of my friends on xbox live are playing ME3 


I'm trying to be patient but Amazon haven't taken my payment yet although due date is still 9th March, woe is me!


I am very much liking the Kaidan screenies but I may have to go away from the boards til I get the game, I don't think my sanity can take it anymore

I'm so tired....stayed up waaay to late playing ME3 and now I have to get to work...
Love it so far! A little too much autodialogue for my taste and not enough choices, but it's still pretty darn good. I'm not so far into the game, just left Grissom.

I like the most parts with Kaidan so far, there was some dialogue that was a little cheesy, but renegade makes it less cringe-worthy. Love the conversations on the first mission and the second visit, though.

I've only borrowed the game from a friend so far (we have joint custody over it ) , so I'll join you guys in the ME3 thread once I've bought the game and registered it.

 Well, to all my fellow fans of Kaidan, it doesn't look like I'll be joining you in the ME3 Kaidan forum.

Back a million years ago, I signed up for XBox Live with my hotmail account because it told me I could only use a msn or hotmail email account when i tried my yahoo email. With my PC and PS3 games, I use my yahoo account because it's my main. Because of this, I have two EA accounts: this one, and the one connected to my hotmail account.

When I went to register ME3 on the BSN, it said it "didn't detect" that I had played the game on my account. (Which is weird because with all the other games I've registered, I just had to punch in a code). So I went to my other account and set it up on the BSN, planning on using the same avatar and everything so you guys would know it was me. Went to register ME3 and got the same message about not detecting ME3.

Went to EA's website, went into my account info, and it doesn't have my XBL gamertag connected to it. It also doesn't have the option to add my XBL gamertag, apparently it's supposed to automatically detect and link it to my EA account when I log into their servers from my XBox. Which is hasn't. Apparently a lot of other people have had this problem and there's no actual, logical fix for it other than "try to go into a live section on an EA demo and see if it links up". Lovely.

So I'm locked out of the ME3 forums. If there's any groups for Kaidan that are as active as the Kaidan thread in the ME3 forum is, I'd love to know, because I don't have anyone to chat with about ME3 besides my Kaidan-hating husband. >.>

Hummm, didn't know there was a more active Kaidan group. I joined the one Jenova made but it's pretty quiet. *requests membershipness*

And as for the last part, I'm not an optimist. *is a pessimist* Seems like this problem has been going on for a while and nothing's been done about it. It would be so much easier if I could just have one EA account, using both my email addresses, and I could plug in all my gamertags. But no, that would be too easy.

It's been around for a long time, cool place to hang out although tbh I spend more time posting in the threads at the minute than in the groups. 

You know I've had problems with the stupid EA accounts, my BFs gamer tag got linked to my EA Account luckily it hasn't had any major repercussions *crosses fingers*

I just had to come and post here, because I'm glad there's more people than I thought that were fans of Kaidan. He's adorable. So clumsy and cute. I know I couldn't stay mad at him after Horizon, even if I tried. And anybody who knows me, knows that I will never have Ashley in ME3. Sorry, Ash, it's nothing personal. But it's Kaidan. There's actually several threads now that are dedicated to Kaidan--there's also the KAAS on FB and one on the HTL site, if you're familiar with that. I really do hope for a romance pack for your characters. And yes, while I realize it would be expensive to create, I also think it would be a cash cow. Because so many of us romanced more than one person and we'd pay for more than one pack. Just a thought.

I was not a fan of him until ME3. He was kind of distant and cold in ME1 and ME2, but in ME3 he feels more human and more open to get close to Shepard and shows some support. When he first ditched Shepard in ME2 I thought he was just being an ass, I chose him over Williams in ME1 and that's how he pays! I'm at peace now with him and grew fond of him, he proved that he was meant to be part of the theme. Definitely, a great asset and even though it was tough in ME1 to leave Ashley behind, I don't regret and in my next replay of the game, Kaidan will be with me all the time!

Maybe a general socialization pack that included stuff for your LI. I would be worried about it being too schmoopy if they went in focused on just romance. Maybe something similar to ME2's loyalty missions, quests that could help tie off loose ends for your friends, get a few more war assets and offer a bit more friendly dialogue, with LIs treated accordingly.

I just played trough ME3 and I loved Kaidan Alenko. I missed more interacion with a caracter.
