There are has been a dramatic increase in Kaidan art/fanfic in the last six months, and not just from us. People from outside the KAST and KAAS have been showing love to our space wizard. I guess that shows people are really starting to miss Kaidan. *hint hint bioware, HINT FREAKING HINT!!!*

Hi all!

Just wanted to pop in and say hello from a forum newbie and fellow Kaidan lover.

A few months ago I got and played through ME2 then finally decided a couple weeks ago I should go back and play through ME1. I've since finished it and fallen off the deep end of fangirl-ism, mainly due to a certain biotic dreamboat. So much that now I'm going back for a second playthrough of 2.

I've enjoyed catching up and reading through all the pages of the KAST. You all seem like such a fun group and there is some really outstanding fan art and fic here. I have a ton of questions and things to talk about but I'll save it as to not drop too much of a wall of text on my first post. haha

For now, here's a pic of Leala Shep's "hug heard all over the galaxy."

Hello Everyone!!! It's time to vote for the:

Kaidan Alenko Prompt Project


The prompt that we wrote or drew about:

Coca Cola proudly presents; Life as it should be! Well, we all know that ME2 didn't do too great a job remembering the VS. So what should it have been like, talking to Joker/Garrus/Chakwas/Kelly/someone else after Horizon, or Kasumi in her scene, or Liara in hers? Should we have gotten another scene entirely at some point acknowledging Kaidans existance?

Setting: In-game! During ME2 post-Horizon or DLC.


Remember you do not have to be a KAAS Member to vote(you will have to PM me so I can send you the prompts)... All voters are welcome.  Just look at the posts and pick you favorite and send it to me.  The more that vote the more mail for me ... YAY!!!

This is what the PS3 comic should have been. ME1 in 5 minutes. The 2:50ish mark where he is talking about Ashley and Kaidan makes me laugh everytime.

Okay I am the Night and I want to greet all you new people and welcome you to our thread.

Click on the KAAS  If you are a Kaidan fan come join us in the Kaidan Alenko Appreciation Society or the KAAS as we refer to it.  There is a WHOLE LOT OF FUN going on there, so join in!!!

The Artists and Authors will get you to our list of... Artists and Authors of course.  Authors on top... Most write about Kaidan, I can't imagine why.  Under that list is our artist's pages... take a look!!

If you found Kaidan but are also looking for someone else There is a link to the other Characters at the Character Support threads that Nick keeps up so I put that link there too!

Our one line story is good clean fun... okay well it is fun... start from the begining... end brings you to the end... just read along or add a line and help us move along... all are welcome and you don't need to be a writer to join in... just make sure you know where we have been....

AVI is how to personalize your avi like mine you need a PC or a really good friend.

KAAS pics will take you to the Kaidan Alenko Appreciation Society's Picture page and KA Pics will take you to my albums and the Kaidan album has pictures that you can use to post here (If you don't know how this is one of the things you can PM me for) or go to the Artist pages and pick some of theirs... they are really good!!!

Are you wanting to be a writer or an artist.  You might want to try your hand at the Kaidan Alenko Prompt Project. Just click on Prompt and it will take you to the rules.  You must be a member of the KAAS to use the link though.

In all seriousness I think that I'd like to see something that acknowledged their relationship with Shepherd if they had one. Also a photo of the ME1 crew would be nice. One of Ash, Kaidan and Shepherd looking like BAMFs would be pretty awesome too.

Regarding the apartment, I don't really want to see one. An office is okay, and if so a picture of the SR1 gang, but apartments have been done. It doesn't interest me anymore (although I would like to see Wrex' "apartment").

@Leala Welcome to the thread, the gutter is over there *points* You can just jump in or use the slide we installed a few months back. Drinks are free at the bar as are the snacks, I can highly recommend the Kaidan chocolate. The drool bucket and mop can be found over there *points again* we take shifts in keeping this thread clean.


@Kurt Be careful, Alistair will lure you to the dark side....and  DA:O is very, very dark.

Wishful thinking, this thread is very rarely clean...

And he's actually growing on me, the sneaky ba**ard..  I thought I was fine, until last night when I caught myself thinking "Alistair isn't gonna like this."

This is going to be such a great year!! DA2 and a ME3 filled to the brim with Kaidan..  What could go wrong..?
