Hey, dropping in for a quick shout-out: Kaidan is now awesome.



Okay, so back in the day I couldn't stand Kaidan because he was boring and had stupid hair. However, I recently went on an achievement-hunting binge and had to drag him around with me for an entire playthrough. Not only did I realize how damn useful in combat he is but, despite my best efforts, I am starting to become attached to his down-to-earth personality (along with his little lost puppy undertones as he attempts to woo FemShep).



And then I got to Feros, at which point he actually said something funny.



Paraphrasing him: "Ah. So for anyone else, it'd be suicide, but for us it's 'just fine.' Great."



Congratulations, Mr. Alenko, you have achieved Bro-Status. However, your hair is still stupid. That helmet is not coming off.

That's pretty cool!  

I always think people who think he is useless in combat have probably allowed the auto level feature to level him up and that is a bad idea. Kaidan's biotics have saved my Shepard too many times :wub:

Awesome  Kaidan is a victim of player laziness imo, we should use all of them before deciding how useful they are. I only just found out that Jacob and Tali are really, really helpful if you take them to get the IFF, I never did that mission so easy as I did tonight, new respect for both of them!

I loooove this comic. I see Joker doing this as a practical joke on Kaidan. But Kaidan is TOTALLY an Elvis fan he can't hide it. Or at least a James Dean fan. Where else would he get that awesome hair.

I never had any geth thrown into walls yet.  Guess I'm lucky.

... I think the closest I got was Kaidan repeatedly throwing mercs off the map in an underground bunker, and since it apparently registered as a fall, they all died.
