Who would win in a fight. Commander Shepard, with his biotic and tech powers? Or Hawke with Magic?

In all fairness, as awesome as Shepard is, I reckon Hawke could kick his ass. :o

Shepard has guns,Armor,Kinetic barrier and heavy weapons. I don't think Hawke would last long. You're talking somebody who is about a million years ahead of Hawke in tearms of combat technology it's not very fair lol.

Shepard i haven't even played mass effect 2 but i'm pretty sure lazer guns and stuff would pretty much melt Hawke.

You are comparing two separate heros. And to be fair we don't even know what Hawke is fulley capable of without playing him. Both are leaders, both have strong roles. And if you think about it

Both of them are the same way in gathering allys to help them in the final attack. I'd doubt they would even fight each other considering one is from space, and other is from a medieval type. It's like comparing apples and oranges.

Ask again after the PC game comes out

Shepard has guns, kinetic shields and health (as of ME2) that regenerates over time.

Hawke does not have any of those. However from the books of ME kinetic shields don't do much to stop melee weapons. If Hawke buffed himself out with Health poultices and any that would add damage resistance and get close enough to shepard he'd have a shot.

Guns are governed by pesky things like physics and logic. Magic isn't. Hawke wins.

I have few things to tell you.

The guns of Mass Effect are not governed by physics and logic. This is due to the titular "mass effect".

Shepard has "magic" of his own. Tech powers and/or biotics.

You're assuming that Shepard would go head to head with Hawke. He could just snipe him or shoot him with a heavy weapon.

Shepard is protected by body armor, he has also been heavily modified. he's more of a cyborg then a Human now.

One shot from Shepard is lethal. Magic takes time to cast.

Oh really.....

What if I nerf Sheapard with miasma before he can bring his gun to bear?

Then a blast of lightning to shake things up. I don't know if bullets are faster than lightning. :wizard:

Then giant hands from the sky to tear him apart.

Beat that....

Beat that....

-The moment his gun is trained on you then you're dead.

-I imagine that armor in mass effect has some built in protection against the elements. It is used on hundreds if not thousands of different worlds across the galaxy after all. It would be a matter of how much electricty Hawke can produce against how much Shep's armor can absorb.

- bullets in the mass effect verse are not faster then lightning . . . but they're damn close.

- The giant hands would have to be stronger then Shep in order to tear him apart. Considering the beat down that Shep gave the Shadow Broker . . . I am confident that Shep is stronger.

But. Again. One bullet and Hawke is dead. I feel that I must emphasize this.
---------------------

Please note that I don't have anything against Hawke. It's just that Shepard is using tech that is hundreds (if not millions) of years more advance then anything the DA verse can produce.
