Yep. People will romance her and think, but she isn't b*tchy, verbally abusive, she doesn't second guess everything I do, and she won't dump me in the end. How can I romance a woman like this?!

Morrigan is just a very well written and developed character overall (maybe the best in DAO), and the lead female NPC. I'm wondering how the devs plan on living up to the bar they've set with her. Apparently it's not meant to be done with Izzy.

There is no lead besides Hawke, no matter how important a character is they are still lesser than the main character. Morrigan got special spotlight but she wasn't the "female lead", saying she's the female lead is assuming the Warden is male and romanced/befriended her AND brought her along on every quest.

You have to understand, this is a conversation I encounter prior to every BioWare game I've seen launched (NWN, JE, ME 1+2, and DA:O). People always ask if the writers can come up with character as good as X, Y, and Z, and they consistently manage to do so.

And what of the male lead? We haven't seen a human male yet, except Seb who is DLC, and a dwarf/elf as lead would be kind of a novelty.
