I never post on forums but, here goes. I wasn't able to find any information for or against my question anywhere else, so I apologize if it seems silly or if it is a double post buried deep in the forums.

Finally got Dragon Age: Origins this week and after talking to some friends and seeing reviews, I deeply regret not getting the PC version. Now, with DA 2 coming up in the near future (going to gamestop tomorrow to preorder!), I have to ask: Is there any possible way to port my storyline from the PS3 game I have been working so hard on to a PC DA 2? I know that the choices I make will effect what happens in the second, and am really interested in seeing what sort of havoc my character has left in her wake for the new characters to handle.

I guess I could go with PS3 again, but if I don't have to I certainly would prefer the PC :)

Thanks!

No you can not. There is absolutely NO way to import saves cross platform.

Np. Besides, the console version is actually being done at the same time as the PC version, not ported at the last minute like DAO. PLUS, we're getting the same move-to-point and ability to issue commands to companions with the radial menu as PC has.

So far it is looking like the console versions are indeed coming more in line with the PC version, which is exactly what Bioware is AIMING at.

This is great news! I don't know how I missed that. That is the one thing that frustrates me about playing on the PS3. I can't wait to try that out!!

Look at it this way, the PS3 version can only be an improvement over DAO PS3
