I'm with you, I think it's silly they continue to have their weapons equipped when there is no enemy nearby, also agree with the walking bit.Julie Shepard wrote...
I know its kinda silly, but I would like my squad to holster their weapons when I do and to be able to walk across loading docks onto the normandy again.

- Regarding the Turian councilor air quotes - if he lives, of course - any situation involving an interaction between Shepard and this councilor will always, without fail, result in Shepard dismissing any of the turian's concerns or queries with air quotes. Particularly if they are valid. If the turian councilor makes ANY reference to Reapers - even to dismiss Shepard's theories - Shepard will instantly start doing air quotes (via renegade interrupt).
- Wrex's asari commando friend. I'm fairly sure we know who it is, but confirmation would be nice.
- Tali's face. Don't joke around with this, either; the placeholder model I've seen looks good and would fit.
- Ridiculous number of choices. I'm playing through Mass Effect 1 for the second time. The first time I played it, I did every single assignment except for the Paragon one. Every one. This leaves me with very little replayability since I've beaten the game. Sure, 10 more levels, but... eh. (This one is really important. I intensely dislike playing games like Assassin's Creed 1 and 2 because you play it once and you're done. $40-ish for 80 hours of gameplay isn't neat.) Ergo, more choices, more effects from those choices (these effects will be massive) Also, it's the last game. Go nuts.
- DLCs that aren't ludicrously expensive. I'm looking at the price of Shadow Broker, and considering the price of Mass Effect 2 and how much game time you get with that, and the price of Shadow Broker and the game time you get with that - really doesn't add up. Shadow Broker looks great, and meeting Liara again is cool, but the price tag for the amount of content you're getting is not.
- Dead quarian, no suit. I want to see what their body is supposed to look like underneath the suit, those feet are weird. This quarian will not be Tali, in fairness to those who didn't earn her loyalty in ME2.
- More Joker quotes. Also, if I haven't said it already, Joker as a romance. Renegade interrupts allow you to break his bones during. Nah, I kid.
- If recruited in ME2, Shepard can kill somebody using Morinth. Not going into details.
- After seeing http://i441.photobuc.../MassEffect.jpg I hereby request this option be included in the game at least once.
- Krogan Stripclub

It's funny, because literally every single thing mentioned in the above pyramid was in ME1, yet never made it into ME2. Who would've thought?! <_<Nightwriter wrote...

Tali's face not to be revealed. Some mysteries should remain. Who cares about the fanbois.
No MP. Not even co-op.
A decent vehicle to explore the planets in.
Bioware to ignore the "hetero romance only" fan squad. If they dont want a same sex romance, they dont have to pursue it.
The option to be friendly to your squaddies, without it kicking off a romance.
Better squaddie interaction. ie: Grunt: "I am Krogan!"....Zaeed: "Yeah, yeah, we know...jackass"
Partially customisable classes. No default weapon loadouts for the class, chose your own weapon training. Same with powers, but stick within class type. eg: adepts not able to get power armour, but can get charge.
Achievements to mean something again, like in ME1
The ability to see the Turian councillors face when he looks out the window to see the horde of reapers closing in.
And most importantly:
1) No deus ex machina solution to the reapers.
2) Dont nerf the PC version because of Xbox limitations. ie: Only being able to hire squaddies in a certain order because Xbox doesnt handle disc swapping that well.

I thought they did that to make it follow the story. TIM had this many people he knew off the bat, and he was still looking, the op was in progress. he said once he found more hed tell you. Im glad they made you have 'x' set to collect and then a 'y' set. It was done very well

This post here basically sums up my overall hopes for the game. In other words I want ME3 to really engage me emotionally - specifically, I'm hoping ME3 culminates into the most emotionally and physically harrowing experience Shepard has ever had to go through, but with a happy pay-off at the end.
This is basically what I want more than anything...

Also, OTHER GENDER MODELS/NPCS! Female Turians, Salarians, Batarians, Drell, and Krogan. Let us interact with a few of them! Idling NPCs in general could use some more animations and just sheer numbers. Moving through a city like the Citadel or Ilum should mean having to weave through the occasional crowd, you know?
And, finally, Tali's face. It's the final in the series, come on. Please? Actually, doesn't even have to be Tali in specific. I just want to know what the heck Quarians look like already!

lmao, epic.
But seeing that in game wouldn't bother me at all
And regarding why I want Tali's face a mystery... I think that is part of her whole appeal, at least to me. It comes as a secret, and even though she has a "snug in all the right places" suit, you don't get distracted as much thinking of how she looks like (since you can see she has a hot body... "snug" hehe) and you can kinda focus more on her dialogue... at least for me the fact she was so... nervous and cute and what not is what made me like her.
And I also have a feeling BioWare would probably ruin Tali's face...

Another idea I'm on board with!pharos_gryphon wrote...
More than anything I'd like to see more squad banter, particularly on the ship. Sure, assign them to a floor to make them easy to find, but let them wander that floor a little at least instead of being stuck stationary. I would love to see them interact on the same level as Dragon Age Awakening. Watch Kasumi hit on Jacob, Garrus and Jack compare the size of their guns, Grunt rant to Miranda about the pointlessness of her combat armor (or lack thereof).
As for being able to find them, no problem, put a comm system on the ship, or use EDI to locate them on the ship, I'd like to see all the crew on the move, I mean you have to ask yourself if those crew members sitting in the mess hall actually do any work!

(2) A less fragmented universe with believable transitions between areas and less teleporting the player around (ME1 did it better).
(3) Less linear locations. Believable locations instead of game levels.
(4) I want (the survivors of) my old team back, not counting DLC characters and possibly minus those whose death is foreshadowed in ME2.
(5) No repeat of the "Shepard's death" setup.
(6) Better integration of the characters into the storyline: Miranda has takes over Cerberus, Tali becomes admiral etc. etc. . Find a plot-relevant role for those who don't have any yet.
(7) More screen presence for the main plot.

All of your squadmates suggest to knock Jack out and drag her to the Normandy. All of your squadmates say "there must have been a fight here". All of your squadmates say letting Rana go will bite you in the ass. Using squaddies as plot devices, basically.
I have no idea why, but this just makes every character feel somehow cheapened. If they all say the same thing, what am I learning about each of them? I feel like you just got a bunch of different VAs to read the same lines, not put a bunch of different characters into the same situation. Characters hardly comment on anything at all, ever, and when they do they have nothing to say that makes me feel like their unique presence is with me in this moment. This sort of contributes to the overall feeling I got that ME2's characters, while great, were only ever half there at any given time.

Real Planet exploration like in ME1 but improved, basically what we were expecting in ME2 and didn't get
Real squad armor, no more latex and breather masks bullshi*.
No more mission complete screens
No hints bombarding the screen PRESS F TO END MISSION TAKE COVER TO GAIN HEALTH WAIT FOR COOLDOWN TO USE POWER
Romance scenes that are actually good like in ME1 (this doesn't mean show me nudity, but the ones in ME2 suck hard)
No teleporting to and from HUB worlds, let us use the airlock like in ME1
HUB worlds that are actually interesting and expansive, not "one room wonders" like Omega or Zakera Ward Citadel.
Let us go through the environments they already create, in ME2 we are prohibited from leaving Anderson's office even though most of the Presidium is already created.
Let us go wherever we want in our own dam ship. Why can't I go into my cargo bay? Why are rooms locked unless I have a tenant in them? I can't even go see my own weapons or life support unless I get guests for those rooms? WTF?
Docking bays. A cut scene instead of actually exiting and entering my ship, good immersion and game play does not make. (yes Yoda reference whatever)
Elevators
More RPG elements, in ME2 they cut too much out ( I mean giving more powers/options to level up, refined from ME1 not just bringing back what was in ME1) In ME2 too often it felt like I was levelling up 2 or 3 things (excluding the obvious "character" skill that increases health weapon damage whatever) and that was the end of it. That was all the RPG I saw.
Helmet Toggle
Much better looking helmets (the ones in ME2 look like a graphic designer barfed on his dev console)
More armor/weapon customization options
A MUCH better galaxy map, the one in ME1 had graphics that were 1,000 times better than the one in ME2.
Planet mining/scanning must be COMPLETELY overhauled (I don't say removed cuz they already said its in)
Ammo mods as items, not as "powers" (keep them easily accessible for combat, but switching ammo is NOT a power, unless its warp ammo)
The hammerhead gets actual SHIELDS or some upgrades, instead of being a hovering piece of shi* that dies as soon as one geth soots it with an AR. You ever seen a tank die from an assault rifle? Exactly.
In a perfect world, let me have places I can go with the Mako and place I can go with the Hammerhead. (wont happen, but one can dream)
More choices of fish and different things to buy for my aquarium, captains cabin etc. Not a big deal, but would be nice. (Liara gets jellyfish in her aquarium why cant I have sum?)
Give us an actual epic ending with REAL dark elements, fleet on fleet desperate battles, maybe iwht some slow motion thrown in, a feeling of desperate, clinging on for dear life feeling as we trudge through the Reaper hordes to bash in their lifeless carcasses one by one. No artsy fartsy "It was a simulation" ending, or deus ex machina ending, or "we beat them by not having to fight all of them" ending.
And if they try and pull a "Shepard must die or fail so we can call our game artistic" then I'm renting a Jumbo jet bomber and carpet bombing Canada for good measure.

Agree
No teleporting to and from HUB worlds, let us use the airlock like in ME1
Hated the ****ing airlock, and this is coming from someone who played hundreds of hours completing multiple character files.
Elevators
Uh, nothing good came out of the elevators, and all of the squad conversations disappear out of existence no thanks to all of my televised side-mission exploitations.
More RPG elements, in ME2 they cut too much out
Elaborate please. If this meant leving weapons skills, I'm glad that was removed mainly for the fact it never made much sense in the first place. Hello, we're basically a futuristic Navy SEAL/SAS operative, and that usually means we should be ****ing proficient at expert levels considering how hard training is.
Helmet Toggle
Wouldn't mind.
Much better looking helmets (the ones in ME2 look like a graphic designer barfed on his dev console)
I don't know what to say here since it nearly looked the same.
More armor/weapon customization options
How exactly do you propose that?
A MUCH better galaxy map, the one in ME1 had graphics that were 1,000 times better than the one in ME2.
Uh, almost all of the planets were the same. ME2's planets at least had a few visible craters when in the Galaxy Map.
Planet mining/scanning must be COMPLETELY overhauled (I don't say removed cuz they already said its in)
Uh, The scanning is fine, and they fixed the mining problems with the patch.
Ammo mods as items, not as "powers" (keep them easily accessible for combat, but switching ammo is NOT a power, unless its warp ammo)
I was already turned off by the first game's ammo mods. I ended up using either Incendiary, Polonium, or Sledgehammer rounds. Nothing else worth using *AT ALL*.
