I just tried to buy points, entered all the credit card information and that. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. But after I'd entered the credit card information I got sent back to the home page with no confirmation. I haven't gotten any emails or anything either, and no money has left my bank account. When I go to the checkout and look under transactions there are none. Can I just assume that something went wrong and try again, or is this normal? I don't want to buy the points twice accidentally.
Should you get any confirmation after a buy?

If EA is good at anything, its making sure that they get your money - so if you still have your money, then I'm fairly certain you didn't technically spend it yet. And it's been a while since I've bought points, but I'm fairly sure you get an email saying how much you spent for how many points.
