 Not sure if I spelled it correctly but either way, is this a mage only item? Or can warriors/rogues use it as well? I'm hoping anyone can use it (basically because it looks bad ass) and I don't want to be forced into playing a mage just because I want to use the staff (I played a mage Warden 99% of my runs through Origins, want a change of pace.)

only mages can use staffs. You may want to use the "search" function as this has been asked and answered before and it'll save you time in the future
