Do you have any addictions?

I'm addicted to exercise, or more specifically I'm addicted to running. You may think this isn't a bad thing since running is generally good for your health, increases cardiac output, keeps you slim etc but let me explain. I also enjoy resistance training but combined with excessive cardio vascular training the effects are milidly catabolic(breaks down muscle).
I'm still excessively strong and can 1 RM bench press 260 lbs but I can't help but feel that my addiction to running is holding me back a little bit.
Running to me is like the fast food of exercise. It is so convenient yet so effective and doing a nice 8-10 mile run can give you such an endorphine rush. However, I used to get this endorphine rush from just weight training but now I'm finding that I can only get it from long distance running and I have to run longer and longer to get the same effects. If I go more than 2 days without cardiovascular training I start to get withdrawal symptoms. I become depressed, irritable and I feel like I'm losing all of my power.
I do enjoy running but I'm well aware that I'm borderline over-exercising and that it could eventually have a counter-productive effect on my workout regimen. I'm worried I'll turn into one of those tooth pick marathon runners who have no muscle whatsoever.
That being said I know if I can cheat death as I have many times then I can overcome this obstacle in my life.
Also, I'm somewhat addicted to coffee though I wouldn't say I feel like I absolutely need it. Still, I enjoy drinking a lot of black coffee.

I'm not really a drinker. I find that drinking to excess just makes me feel sick and lethargic. Having one glass of red wine or maybe a high quality import beer a week is both pleasurable and rewarding.

All others I could go on forever about, but long story short, I am simply addicted to humanity.

Go to rehab, junkie.

I think if I live long enough to see it I would become addicted to cybernetic augmentations and I would end up looking like the Omar from Deus Ex:Invisible War.

1 of my grand Father died of lung cancer .. Aged 56 Years old
1 of my grand father died of Euphysema .. Aged 61 years old
1 of my grand mother survived breast cancer (She's 86 years old right now)
1 of my grand mother died of cancer before i was born(She died when my father was 15)
and i visited someone in terminal phase .. It's was ugly .I stopped smoking the next day .
I don't want to die young .. and i don't want to have a miserable life before dying.
So i think after realizing the chance i have to die from cancer might be high .. I stopped smoking and i won't ever touch a cigarrette in my life.
