How do I edit the morphs of in-game NPCs like Morrigan and Alistair?

Is this even possible? I only want to change the eyecolors of Alistair, Duncan and Riordan and I do not want to start from scratch with their morphs.

Bump this. Seems like a fairly simple thing to want to do but yet I can't find ANYWHERE tells you how.

There isn't any method of doing this without trial and error with the .mor values, or starting from scratch (there are custom shape sliders for NPC's like Duncan). See here for a discussion of the issues; the files we have are all .mor, which don't translate to .mrh, which is what you'd need for an actual visible morph to edit.

I don't know of a way of actually editing the existing morphs, but you can create your own from scratch, and call it "hm_genfl_alistair.mor" for Alistair, for example. Last night I found a pre-made Duncan morph online. I don't have the URL, but it exists, and I'm sure ones for all the other characters do as well. You can edit those if you don't want to start from scratch.

I just looked around, couldn't find her in the toolset. It's possible though since there is a GREAT redesign mod out there where many of the companions look different including Morrigan. I used it on my last play through. I don't know if they started from scratch or not.
