So I bought Mass Effect 1 and 2 on Steam a couple weeks ago, and they're great! I got ME1's Bring Down the Sky all worked out (I think), but I'm having trouble with ME2 DLC.
See, I registered my Cerberus Network code with Bioware, hoping for my "free content." But I can't get it. My little laptop menu when I start ME2 says new game content is available. When I click it, it opens up a Chrome window. Now one would assume it's taking me to a page where I can download Firewalker and whatnot. But it doesn't.
It takes me to a checkout screen for the Overlord pack, and tells me I need 500 Bioware points. I have no Bioware points, and thus can't download it. Does the Cerberus Network come with Overlord instead of Firewalker? Do I need Bioware points for my free content? I can't find Firewalker on the DLC page of the Mass Effect site anymore, either.
I plan to buy all three other mission packs to better my save for ME3, but I need to get this sorted out first. Any advice?

You cannot get content in-game. You must download installers from
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
The "New content available" button is always displayed, even if you have all the DLCs (then it just takes you to the page above).

Awesome! Thanks for the priiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiize!
You'd think they'd link me to that page somewhere along the line or something.
