Didn't see a topic about this (plus search function doesn't seem to work), so here we go.

Is it possible to use the toolset to change the UI? If not, any ideas how to do it?

I was considering bringing my DA:O closer to the old Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games via drawn/painted character portraits. I have decent 2D skills and would like to paint a series of main character portraits + joinable party members.
