Hi guys. I'm REALLY REALLY SORRY to disturb you. I used the search option but found no direct reference to what I am experiencing.

I bought the ME2: Digital Deluxe Collectors Edition through EA Download Manager, and no Cerberus Code was ever sent.
I went to the tech support of EADM and they don't have a contact email. When I navigate and click in a question for ME2, they directly redirect me to these forums.

I already bought the katsumi, overlord and shadow broker packs, but I'm still unable to access the Cerberus network, and I really really really do not want to spend more points purchasing another cerberus access codes (besides, the CE should include new armors and stuff).

Can ANYONE help me?

I already registered the game, and tried to use the cdkey EADM gave me to redeem the cerberus, but it says the keycode is invalid, and I get the feeling the cerberus code should be something DIFFERENT than the cdkey.

I appreciate ANY information you guys can give me.<3
My EA login is arc.wing -AT- gmail.com

Thanks in advance,
-Arc.

EA acting asinine as always. Good to know some things are dependable. :) Since they sent you directly here, you didn't even get to choose to not read the forum description, like some other posters. No one from EA or Bioware comes in here, the only people to help you are other fans, and we don't have any way of helping you.

You need to get in contact with EA. Try this page. There's a "Contact Us" link on the left/down.

Also, give their live chat a try before you start sending emails. A lot of people can get it fixed in under 30 minutes with the live chat, whereas email you could be waiting days, if you even get an answer.

He he ,funny thing Kloreep, the link you gave me ( http://support.ea.com/ ) is exactly the one that redirected me here.

As you said, some things are dependable.

Will look for the live chat as suggested by Bogsnot1.

By the way, is it just me, or is this website design really poor?

I take unhealthy amount of time to find stuff at bioware in general :S

Thanks again!

I had the same issue here. I don't have any internetz spare, but I'd just like to say thanks. Also, I found the online chat by searching for it using the forum tool. Not exactly in-your-face, but it got me there: http://support.ea.co...vechat_landing. Also, it definitely pays to be patient with the online chat guys. I get the impression they are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. I even received a 20% off discount code on account of having to wait so long..... Happy Easter.
