Other than that I'd say Nathaniel because I always felt like he had a lot of potential as a character but Awakenings didn't really do him justice, I'd like for him to get a little more screen time. And of all the various temporary companions from DAO I would of said Merrill but it already looks like there may be a good chance of that happening anyway.

Right at the end of Origins, when you're talking to all your companions one last time, Shale mentions she might go with Wynne to Tevinter to see about getting turned back into a dwarf. At least she did in my game, I'm not sure it's the same for others, especially since you can kill Wynne. But yeah, that's what that is about.

As for companions.... I really liked all of the companions in Origins and Awakening. I'd really like to see what became of Justice though.

I liked Sigrun a lot. A casteless dwarf rogue with a noble heart. I wish there were more dwarves like her, but apparently Bioware likes to follow the stereotype of making them mostly loud, obnoxious, crude, stupid, and disgusting.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Oghren the only one who fits your description? I remember when I went into Orzammar for the first time all the dwarves seemed to be snobs who wouldn't talk to you unless you were prepared to swear on the blessed sandstone you stepped on. It was such a relief to find Oghren in the middle of that city in all his perverted glory.

Any of the underdevelopped Awakening companions, I guess. Well except Oghren, he was given a second chance and wasted it.

Which is why he needs to return and redeem himself. That dwarf had a lot of promise..
