When I input my password it goes to the TOS page, lets me click yes, then throws an error at me saying my Password is wrong.

When I enter an entirely bogus password it just fails me right there.  When I enter my correct password it goes to the loading glyph, then the TOS confirm page, then gives me the error right afterwards.

I am using the Ultimate version from Impulse.  I got all my DLC downloaded and it says it's enabled but unauthorized, I put my CD key into my registry so the game DOES realize I own it, I registered it here, and I clearly do have an ID...

So I don't know what else it wants, and all I should have to do is log in ONCE before I'm good to go.  This should be a no brainer and I bet it is, but for the life of me "password wrong" clearly cannot be correct.  I'm using the same Email, Password, Etc as I'm using here.

And when I go in to the profile menu and hit Online Profile, it pops me up here, so the game clearly does know which profile it should be linking to. I even just logged out then logged back in to confirm I'm typing it properly, because my first guess is always user error. But I'm pretty frustrated. 

Clearly I know my password. I'm logged in here afterall.  Just to make sure I went and changed my password to confirm that, yes, I do know my passwords. What's the deal?

Hey, got an EA guy, he reset the password at his end and it worked.



Dunno what the problem was but thanks EA Guy.

I am currently experiencing the same problem word for word, EA Guy I need your help. Also, I reset my password on origin and this bioware site to the same psswrd and still no go.

There have never BEEN any "EA Guy" appearances here.

"EA Guy" means use the link at the bottom of the page that says "BioWare Game Support", which links you to EA Customer Service. 

(Once there, I recommend choosing "Ask a Game Advisor", then finding the "Live Chat" option.)
They are the only ones who can sort out problems with accounts and passwords.
