 Heya

I got the collectors edition of mass effect recently and entered my redeem code to get the special armour and weapon. It appeared on my list of promo's but i couldn't get in game access. The site told me I needed to register my gamertag and create an EA master account. After doing this and going to get my promo it no longer appears on my list of dlc and i can't put it in again because i have already entered it once. Is there anything i can do to solve this, or have i wasted my code?
