Did anyone else notice how Hawke's face looks a bit wrinkled around the eyes when he's in the scene with Isabela? Does that mean there's going to be aging over the ten years?

If you look at around 40 seconds, Hawke does have some lines about his face, and from what we can see of that scene it looks like it's the characters crossing the sea going into Kirkwall, which would put it pretty early on in the game. There could still be some aging, but at the moment I'd take non-wrinkled versus wrinkled as just being down to different lighting.

I like this video. I don't find Merrill's face too young, and it seems almost good, but I prefer to wait to see in another videos. Carver looks silly from this image we had, and now he looks fine to me.
About the image with the six character, in the book, it's true that they are Hawke's companion, but I believe that the hand that hold the book is Varric's.

Anyhow, I think the graphics look lovely. That chandelier we saw at 1:30 really caught my eye. The skin textures seem to be improved--Hawke's face at :42 looks a tad more realistic (I'm a bit bothered by the clipping of Leandra's hand into Hawke's foot). I still see the shiny plastic skin elsewhere, but it seems to be a WIP, which is great.



Isabela's super yellow necklace looks a bit more metal now--also nice. Hawke's voice is really growing on me. Carver's exaggerated armor looks nice.



Also, on a super petty please don't hold it against me I love everything else note, we now know of two male LIs, and no female's. Not that this is a big issue, but any information on that front would be appreciated some time in the days to come before release.

Where was this confirmed?

Camera zooms onto Merril to the words of 'Virginal Girl Next Door'. Not exactly a confirmation but given the use of 'virginal'.

Of course if I'm wrong, I'll stand corrected and shut up. Maybe I'll blush if it turns out I've completely misunderstood what was said. Then I'll return to lurking.

Oh, and nice reveals.  I like that they went back to the old look of Cassandra.  All the characters look good so far looks wise and the little pinches of personality look good as well.

I'm not really certain playing the sex card is justified. Every reveal has been 'picked apart', analyzed, praised, and criticized irrespective of gender.
