I always root for static outfits so shenanigans like strip poker and dress-up can happen. It is a lulz enabling mechanic.

@ psuedo... or in the case of pc gamers(which i am not), you can mod strip poker into it.

Good point there.

I actually like the idea that each companion has a unique look, rather than looking like every other rogue, warrior or mage in the game.

I still remember the mission to kill the ambassador in Orzammar only to find that half of his guards looked like Alistair..

Good point there.

I actually like the idea that each companion has a unique look, rather than looking like every other rogue, warrior or mage in the game.

I still remember the mission to kill the ambassador in Orzammar only to find that half of his guards looked like Alistair.. 

You know... for that particular quest...the funny thing was, it also wound up gaining you an extra vote at the landsmeet(not you actually needed it but it does help)...LOL.

On topic: I agree completely and the fact that I'm used to JRPGs where static outfits is rule and not the exception(white knight chronicles on PS3 allows for an appearance change) makes this a complete NON-issue for me...

"If someone responds to this art by questioning why Bethany and Carver are both in it I'm going to say they're weird."

But seriously, it's fanart anything is possible.  It's not really reflecting the realities of the gameplay mechanics put in place in DA2, and it's meant to show every companion (including unconfirmed Merrill and "Anders") so that's they're both there.  I insisted in fact! SO BLAME ME!

One of my absolute favourites. Great job Pseudo, love how it reflects what we know of their personality or otherwise adds to it. It also makes me realise how much I love this group of companions already, and I reaaaaaally hope Anders is part of it, he just fits.

I will have a sad if it's not him. Seeing characters cross over from DA:O/A land into DA2 land is the thing I'm looking forward to most, and it'd be great to see a character who we already 'know' in that new light...ing.
