Isabela in DAO didn't have much of a personality, because of her relative lack of screentime. She'll be an interesting character to meet, that's for sure.

Her personality was lacking..... but that's only because when you meet her,,, you actually watch her fight as a duelist...which is the spec she teaches you. But to get it, you had to either beat her at cards( which wasn't easy unless Leliana or Zevran were in the party) or you had 'get busy' with her.

No, no companion reveal on the website ....yet, but everything we know...not to mention dev comments n pics basically all but confirm her as a companion. They just haven't made it official yet...which is basically what we are mostly waiting on.

Bioware hasn't confirmed anything but it really doesn't matter at this point, because it's so obvious.

Anders is probadly Bi
and we already know where Isabella stands on this...

No, I just don't think she will be... I think there are 2 many factors going against it...though I wouldn't be surprised if she or varric for that matter were...

Aveline
Isabela
Merrill
Anders
Varric
Sebastian
Dog (if you get the DLC)

So, just eight party members at one time. We had nine at one time in Origins. Somewhat of a downgrade, but it's good to see everyone revealed.

@XX55XX: I think he's the last one, also dog you'll get not matter what because the emporium comes with every copy of the game so... I think it's pretty cool, one less companion isn't bad, besides some companions I never used like Zevran for instance.

Seems sort of ignorant to call it a "downgrade" before we have any idea how immersive the characters are. I'd rather have one really good character than five Kasumi's (it's an exxageration but it serves to make my point).

Also, I too like to speculate whether this or that character is going to be a companion/LI but please be careful with terms like confirmed, revealed and Anders

That would work as well...now someone needs to make a banner for it...as I can't or don't really know how to do that stuff....
 
@ Pietrus: I actually liked Kasumi...infact I want her in ME 3 as a fully romancible companion( would take her over jack any day)...

Oh, of course, we can't dispute that. I would rather have three extremely well-written and detailed companions over twenty shallow ones.

Anders is in the game. I liked him, but I didn't take him out in Awakening all that much...
