Since she's been described as socially awkward, I doubt it. At least at first. Maybe as the game goes on, she becomes more assertive and later becomes the Elder. Then again, her magic might hinder her ability to become the Elder. Like most people, City Elves fear magic, right?

Maybe she'll just be a hermit in her hut then.  

With loads of books to read, rituals to finish... and blood to drink, I doubt she has time for the flat ears :innocent:

Waiting makes me do strange things. Eventually I found myself drawing Merrill's portret There's something inexplicably attractive in the new form of elven noses, so I wished to draw one of them.

Personally I really like the new Elven look. But a lot of that love goes into the fact that they no longer have gigantic hands or hugely broad shoulders.

Merrill doesn't have time for mages who go mad, or elves who are always sad... she's got metal to burn, sparks to fly, the next personal quest is just around the bend

I'm not sure if I truly like their new look. They are no longer little humans witn long ears and big hands, that's right. But I can't help thinking that Fenris could have a little wider shoulders, or Merrill would look better with a shorter neck.

Remember the footage onslaught at the start of February? that's what's happening next week, with Bioware lifting all NDAs and restrictions, reviews will pop up, videos will be posted and spoilers will be all over the place, I'll just lurk here for any new spoiler free info (voice, screenshots... etc) on Merrill but I assure you I won't access any other part of the forums

So in 9 days this forum will be deserted and us EU folk will be left to our own devices.
Anyway, even when it's released over here, I have to prepare a lecture for the 14th, so I'll probably have to hold out untill the 15th to even start playing the game

Deserted? I hope you take my advice for your own sake, beginning on the 8th the forums are a red line not to be crossed, people who got the game will be all over the place putting spoilers on their thread titles, spamming the forums and trolling.... if you could leave on the 7th even, better safe than sorry.

That would also be my recommendation. I'll most likely avoid the forum...be logged on but won't chat or click thread titles a ton...though I will no what's going on...since I'm getting the guide as well as the game. I wish the ME 3 thread was started n opened...alot of us could probadly head over there to chat wait for them to start releasing info on that...though I bet they will wait til E3 for that.

This^ I just freakin know that someone is going to get there hands on DA2 on the 6th or 7th, and they will be on these forums posting their spoiler ****.

Christina Norman is heading for GDC (ME3 related I hope), maybe they'll open the ME3 forum by then... E3 is still a little far away.
