Same...and if this is true...all it confirms is that my Lady Hawke's will also have Merrill as an option to go along with Fenris n Isabella...

Merrill being BI can't be counted as spoilers really... it's like saying MaleHawke can romance Merrill so why not FemHawke too?

This is a pretty vague one...the serious spoiler( for those that care or are bothered) would be the event at Sundermount( Merrill's recruitment quest) .

I don't consider that a spoiler, I consider the screenshot a spoiler. I know it's no big deal but I still wish that I haven't seen it.

But we don't even know if the screenshot is real!
You shoudn't call it spoiler (yet!)

Maybe just maybe Malcolm didn't get twins, so he wanted to have another baby, and Leandra gave birth to the lovely Marian Hawke, her older brother Garret fell in love with her and they all lived happily ever after

You guys can't honestly like a game character without first playing the game can you? I don't see the point of these things. Do you really need to show off that you like a specific character?

Your point being? 

It's not wrong to judge people based on your shallow knowledge of them, as long as this judgement is not set in stone and is subject to change the more you know about them.

And you can quote me on that, most people make judgements on first sight, it's not wrong and it's part of who we are.

I'm not trying to show off that I like her, it's just that some of the things I've seen and read about her make me think I might really like her so I come to this thread to pick up new info.

On that note, I know the conversation has moved on but I just woke up and I want to say thank you to all the people who did the research in the demo about her ability tree.  That info makes me extremely happy, how she can't be a healer and how her "choices" have indeed made her more of a pariah.  Basically my feeling is that all the people who say she is a Tali clone can now drink a tall glass of shutup juice.  What her specialization implies about her makes her quite distinct from Tali, in my opinion.  

I'm thinking she will definitely be a bloodmage now, maybe even summon demons, or "spirits."

If this Turns out to be 100% legit I'll be rather happy for my fellow Merrill shippers. She's easily going to be my Leliana for Dragon Age 2 and, much like Leli, I have no problem what so ever with the idea that Merrill is Bi-Sexual. It doesn't take from the character at all, and on top of all that, in my continuity, my Hawke will be Male and romancing Merrill, so what ever occurs in someone else's Universe has no impact in mine. So, yeah, I hope this is real. If anyone has a problem with the idea of Merrill, or all the companions, being Bi-Sexual because "That wouldn't be realistic" then grow the heck up. Despite the immersion of BioWare games, it's first and foremost "A Game" meaning some rules of "The Real" will be bent, broken, and so forth. Anyway, I don't want to get preachy. Nice work cleaning this up ViSeir, great detective work. You're a regular Batman.

From where I see it she shares nothing with Tali, maybe the notion that they both care about their people and are ready to be exiled to "save" them, other than that Merrill is her own character in every way.

Nope, some guy at a Russian website said he got a copy of the game for a review or something... that's where it's from, I really want a link to that review however because if it's not fake then he most likely provided other un-released screenshots.

No, apparently...someone got their hands on the game and posted the link to the pic on another site...which then a visitor of this thread then informed us of this juicy info....

Hmm yeah I thought the models in the scene looked a bit low quality, but I thought it just have been a old build. Could just be a mod then =/ either way this means at least FemHawkexMerill is possible on PC.
