And, how, may I ask, is our Fenders!mHawke one coming along?
As you know, it's essentially the same picture
Drawing it as one pic, the chopping it in half afterwards.
Ah, for some reason I thought you were doing them both separately to be stuck together afterwards (eternal optimist hoping we'd get to see the Fenders!mHawke one first

A lot of reviews are emphasising how much importance the game places on your relations with various characters. Perhaps they put so much effort into all the romances they didn't want to restrict people? idk

People I think we need reach 300 pages before the game comes out. Quick keep talking about bisexual Merrill, I'll see if I can reignite the plausibility of shoeless elves and subsequent foot fetishes discussion.
Uhhh.....uhhh......umm....bisexual Merrill is bisexual?

I will be doing that side first, yes.
I just need to create it as a single image in Photoshop so the backgrounds join up properly
For those that haven't got a clue what we're on about - I'm doing a pic featuring MaleHawke with Anders and Fenris on one side, and then Ladyhawke with Isabela and Merrill on the other side.

That would be great.
I think that's also one good thing about the new narrative structure...it gives the writers more freedom when the plot-line isn't so open-ended.
On topic: Merrill...yeah, I know nothing about her really, just hope she provides more insight into the Dalish than Velanna did.

According to the demo flemeth wants Hawke to meet with the dalish, but the only thing i could find on reqruitment was that Anders would be one of the first reqruitable characters.
Anyone know or can link?

That's an interesting point. Flemeth says it's "not far out of your way" - she clearly doesn't mean on their journey to Kirkwall, because we know they arrive straight away.
I'm guessing Hawke won't be making any expeditions out of Kirkwall until we've actually got in first. So it'll likely be after the first year.

Allrighty thanks for the quick reply
All i found was that they camp at sundermount, i also think that is descriped in Merrils story posted on page 1.
I just figured that they didn't need to get into the city just to get out again and find the dalish.

Apparantly depending on recruitment order and sidequests, getting Isabela can take place anything between 5-20 hours into the game.
Not sure about Fenris.

I'm just surprised Hawke doesn't just say "Screw you, Flemeth!" after he gets to Kirkwall, and throw the damn thing she gave into the ocean.

This clip has spoilers:
There is actually a video on Gamespot which shows the quest where you get Fenris:
http://uk.gamespot.c...g=topslot;img;1
It's alot of the game so it's a pretty big spoiler.
Okay, my guess is that you go to kirkwall and therefrom get Varric and can decide which character to pick up next, at least the party in the clip is the same as the one you have when you help Isabella in the demo.

Nope - the demo jumps you ahead.
As far as we know, the entire first year is spent trying to gain access to Kirkwall

I think the order of recruitment is close to this
a. sibling
b. Aveline
c. varric
d. Anders/Merrill
e.Merrill/Anders
f. Isabella/Fenris
g. Fenris/Isabella
h. Sebastian( probadly can e gotten earlier as welll since he is DLC).

I was trying to distract myself from this unbearably long wait to March 8
(my most sincere apologies for those that have to wait longer) by
getting lost in a replay of JE and I come back and find out my hope for
f/f Merrill could be fulfilled.
Why do these things always come up when I stop coming here for a day or two.
As for the issue at hand, the only response I can conceive of right now is: [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/w00t.png[/smilie][smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/love.png[/smilie]
Please please please let those screenshots be true. I would not be able to take it if they turned out to be a troll (though I highly doubt they are).

Some companions may be forced at first, but you might be able to kick them if you so wish after the key quest you need them for (such as being able to kick Morrigan if you didn't wish her on your team)

Probably because he recognizes that the woman is terribly powerful and when she finds out he never fulfilled his end of the bargain she may just come gunning for him all suited up in dragon form. Besides, the woman saved him and his family, how is it just an inconvenience to uphold your end of the transaction. (unless that's just the type of arse you want your Hawke to be)

Bah, if my Warden can take her, then so can Hawke.

Hawke doesn't know that, and given she's alive and kicking after DAO it's not like your warden was any successful. It's probably more accurate to think she didn't just squish the warden because there still was this whole Blight business to take care of, and so she just played dead for you so you'd stop wasting time with dumb side-quests and get back to that.TMA LIVE wrote...

Hmm, I wish she had played dead a little more in that confrontation then. would have made so much easier
