Creeper Hawke doesn't like Varric. Ever since the time Varric cringed and backed out of the room when Creeper suggested they spend the afternoon driving by schools really slowly.

Regarding this sentiment, Merrill fans should be petitioning the "demo chat on saturday thread" for a Merrill appearance.  We have seen her the least of anyone and never heard her voice.  Go forth people.  

 

You know what, I agree. We've never seen her in actual gameplay, never heard even a small sample of her voice, or even seen had a screenshot of her apart from what fans have. Does Bioware have something against smexy elven mages? That's our last chance to get at least a dose of Merrill before the game comes out, where I'll gather most fans will be away like me doing things like romancing Merrill:wub: I need some more info on her. Please Bioware, this is your last chance to get ANY sort of official Merrill gameplay. P.S. Congrats on reaching 300 pages:wizard:

I think BioWare is hiding Merrill  because she's THE greatest of all the companions.

 

Not to mention she's plot related, so she's automatically better than most companions <3

Agreed, not to mention just watching her would make everyone go "awwww" causing people to completely ignore anything the devs or other characters could be saying or doing.

As for her voice, just check out an episode of Torchwood on Netflix!  Her voice actress, Eve Myles in on there and she sounds awesome!

If you do a creeper Hawke run, you must take screen shots with him and Merrill!

When I do a Creeper Hawke run, I will upload Youtube videos of him and Merrill. Every other romance option appears too self-confident for him, though Merrill might end up being so too and Creeper can't romance anyone. Or maybe limit myself to the most awkward screenshots. Something perhaps inspired by the Tales of Ugly Shepard. We'll see what I feel like.

But that will be probly my third or fourth playthrough - though I might play Creeper Hawke in spurts inbetween.

I completely agree! I think Merrill's voice actor will make Merrill shine above the rest of the companions. Well... maybe not Varric, unfortunately. I don't think she could sway many Varric lovers.

All should bow down to Merrill's glory!
