What i gathered from that thingie thesuperdarkone posted was that you can try to romance everyone but that it won't always be successfull. There seemed to be something special about Sebastian and Isabella in romances though...

I actually think that this thing about living together is how they will make the player settle for one romance.
In DA:O Alistair, Leliana or Zevran would confront a female character if she romanced more than one of them. In DA:2 i think you can flirt and visit everyone to an extent and then decide on which character you wish to keep as "partner" of sorts.

Also note that all character related quests will have to be completed to engage in the full romance this time around.
I also remember reading that there was a decisive point in act 1 where you had to do something, i just don't remember anymore

It pretty much said what it should, i was surprised cunning wasn't mentioned for tanks this time around isn't that the defense attribute now?

Perhaps defense should be dropped for warriors and just make sure thay can take their blows?

It pretty much said what it should, i was surprised cunning wasn't mentioned for tanks this time around isn't that the defense attribute now?

Perhaps defense should be dropped for warriors and just make sure thay can take their blows?

There's an interesting break-down of the numbers somewhere on this forum that seems to demonstrate that cunning is only a viable option if you're willing to spend 2 points on cunning each time you level up. Or something like that.

I'm starting to wonder if the concept art actually bears any relation to Merrill in the game.

Maybe. But I also noticed that in the image of all six followers from the book (the one Cassandra throws at Varric) during the opening cutscene, the image of Merrill shows her wearing the same necklace that's included with armor in the concept.

...I've overanalyzed this stuff waaay too much. It needs to be Tuesday sooner.

I think the face is just copied from the concept art showing all the races.

My little sister wears a scarf very much like Merrill's and must suffer being called "hipster" all the time by my other little sister.

It was said visible change in appearance it's more of exception than a rule when it comes to the companions. It's possible Merrill isn't one of these exceptions.

okay then
but look closer why isnt the female Hawke the default one used for all promotional material
what kind of freaky position is merril in in the third picture, it doesnt look natural
as well as that the character models look glitchy on all 4 pictures

its not proof, but its enough that i wont accept these, not until Bioware says their legit
