And there's the banter where Merrill asks Aveline if she can use her mirror... Aveline really seems (to me) to soften toward Merrill as time passes.

Darkspawn, desire spirits, elves, humans, and kossith have different eyes.

Also, Leliana has elf eyes.

*some of the NPC elvs do look really unattractive, but for the most part, the redesign rocks, and our elven companions look brilliant

Fenris and Merrill looked great. I think they just need to work a little more on random NPC's, but otherwise I like the new elves as well.

(Although their necks are a bit long, at least when they are wearing those lingerie outfits)

Where's all the Merrill fanfiction?? DA2 really left the door open for some serious "fill in the blank" type fiction; so I'm surprised that fanfiction.net seems to only have 5 stories up.

I personally have some ideas for post-DA2 fanfiction on the drawing board, and yes, it will involve Hawke + Merrill.

I'm honestly not the best writer, but I can write something relatively appealing for all of you Merrill fans out there.

I particularly like the "diary" fanfic that is up at the moment. Best one out there so far.

You have go to your house. A companion will be there, and you can right click him or her to get a reaction between him/her and Dog.

In Act 1?  Ive seen most of the Act 2 dog scenes but never one before that.

The elf eyes are bigger, their irs is a lot more defined.  

Every elf that I can remember in DA2 had green eyes.

Yeah I agree, while some of the Elves are really unattractive I find a majority to be nice. I think Merrill pulls off the redesign best though.
