Speaking of being positive, I just completed a playthrough earlier with everyone but Anders( whom I dislike and refused to help complete his quest in the chantry- was actually trying for the rivalry side...will get that in the next playthrough starting tommorrow) and Sebastion( whom I did not take with me when I did said quest...but will next time) with EVERYONE in full friendship status( including Bethany).

I think Merrill would like the Rhyming Tree.
Thanks!

It may be old but this just hit me like a brick. She sounds a bit like the main character from American McGee's Alice.
When I heard the main character's voice, I **** bricks!
...Don't know if I'm using the phrase right there.
In all seriousness, the voice is remarkably close to Merrill's.
Edit:
And now I even don't want Male Hawke's voice anymore... The voice actor of Male Hawke also voiced Vaughan, apparently.

Nah. Nicholas Boulton is a great voice actor.
If it will ease your mind, he also voiced Arl Bryland, some refugees and the Lothering Templar commander Ser Bryant. In DA2 you can even hear him as Xenon the Antiquarian, for real.
He's not only the usual "omg rapist from teh city origin".:innocent:
(and also played Gerard the Ridefort in Arn: The Knight Templar, mah favourite movie)

Thats was really ironic to me, I mean, for his perching about mages justify their need for power, but the minute someone offered him to equal magistares he jumps boat, Merrill however atleast her reason was selfless..... to a certain standard.Torax wrote...

Heh, I actually tried doing Night Terrors after romancing Merrill turns out she will still betray you for the Pride Demon, the wiki does say no matter your companions WILL betray regardless of having 100% Friendship/Rivalry, I find it funny really, how she say she cant put Hawke ahead of her clan....really? Afterall I´ve done for her? Wow, that gratitude.
So yeah I was expecting that maybe a romance companion would make a difference in that quest guess only Justice gets away with it... sort of.
Justice just gets in a hissy fit over the Sloth demon, and attacks you. Same thing, really, except without demon mind-influence.
Well, at the very least, Merrill has the least ridiculous reasoning for betraying Hawke. Saving her race, restoring it's culture? Fine. Better than betrayal for a new boat and a skanky bedmate or status among dwarves.
Don't forget Fenris being promised power to be on equal with the Magisters.

The Welch and the English share verbal similarities. It's like Alabama and Georgia; the differences are clear if you're from the region.
I'm not sure i hear these similarities XD. Maybe if you'd said Welsh and Irish i can see those as kind of similar but not sure i hear any similarities between any English regional accents and Welsh ones. I'd love to sound Welsh though they always sound so happy lol

Arl Bryland of South Reach. The guy that will always side with you in the Landsmeet. His daughter is Habren.I can't remember any DAO-Dude with that name.
Are *you* serious? Of course he does not. A good actor has always a bigger voice range....You serious?
He doesn't sound like Nicholas at all.
If you don't believe me, take a look at this interview(it's somehwere near the bottom).
Did you also knew that the Mark Meer(Commander Shepard) voiced the Vorcha and the...sassy elf Jethann in the Rose Brothel?
Well, he's not. I think your question is answered. He better not! Otherwise I'll bottle him.

Why does Marethari have an exaggerated old irish accent, Merril a welsh and most of the other Dalish a northern Irish accent?
Because they use more than one voice actor.

Merrill was from a clan in Neverra before being given to Marethari's clan as her first. That, and Bioware apparantly wasn't able to find enough Welsh vioce actors.barryl89 wrote...

I spent a great deal of time on the phone calling up various hotels in Canada. Sometimes I'd call a hotel in Quebec. They'd always pick up in French and immediately switch to English when I said I was an American. It got to the point the average conversation went like this --
Maria: *calls*
Receptionist: [Greeting in French]
Maria: Hello, this is Maria from [company], I'm calling for [manager name.]
Receptionist: One moment please. *sticks me on hold*
Then one day, I called a Hilton in Montreal. When the woman started talking, my draw dropped. She had the most gorgeous voice. I spent about fifteen minutes making small talk just to hear her speak. She was originally from Italy but had lived in Quebec for most of her adult life. It was like warm, liquid amber pouring into my ears from the headphones. She did things with vowels that made me want to immigrate.
