I am playing on the PC. How else does my Warrior get to wear the much better looking Mage Champion armor!?!
I haven't tried the mods where I can give my companions items. Is it game breaking? Does it change their appearance or just their stats?
*Wonders how Merrill would look in different armors*

You are now imagining Merrill in the Mage Champion armour.

You're not alone. I wasn't a Dalish elf, either.

I wish I was able to give my companions the armor from the new DLC besides just the weapons and accessories. Merrill would look great in the Fugitive's Mantle set.

...So guys, I'm now totally trying to slot the DA party members into a football team.

Where would Merrill play? I say cornerback, she could shut down those wide receivers with blood magic.

I'd say half-back, she's got the size to be easily manuverable but she's got those long legs to carry her alot farther than lets Varric who is of comparable size.

Wait which football? Oh ok the American one. I'd say linebacker just because her entangle ability could keep like five guys off their feet.

And so ends my knowledge of the football, now if we're gonna talk soccer I'd still put Merrill in a defensive position to hinder any attackers.

The only soccer positiions I know are Goalie and whatever Beckham is, Striker or Cyrax or Goro or some other kinda Mortal Kombat related name. I prefer the American version, where the name is Ironical.

Beckham's a midfielder. That was kind of the point, he could make goals from midfield.

I'd like to, ah..."goof off" with Merrill during the ceremony. :innocent:

That would be the only thing to get me to care about it. Rounds 2-3 of the NFL draft are infinitely more interesting than watching two people get married, especially when we fought two wars to ensure we don't have to care about the monarchy.

It's the musculature for me-muscles do not look like that in that position, especially with someone like Merrill's build. Isabella's also doesn't look like it should bend that way (to along with Merrill's spine-spines don't go that far sideways).

As Fieryeel says, the execution is rather underwhelming.

tl; dr: artist needs to go look at more porn. Seriously. You get to see the human body contorted in lots of interesting ways so it's good way at developing your skill at drawing muscles, especially the stomach/thigh muscles. The tendons in Merrill's inner thighs for example in that picture are just not realistic.

Vulgar. :P

The revolutionary war wasn't a referendum on monarchy, it was a referendum on parliament. To this day, we are singularly frightened at the visage of parliamentary government (hence the strict maintenance of federalism) but monarchy? We live in an electoral monarchy. The President has powers Louis XIV could only dream of--and I don't refer to the relative power difference between a modern superpower and an early modern nation-state.

Mr. Madison's war was a border dispute, of course.

Anyway, you missed out. It was a great ceremony.

Well aware of that, Iaius.

To some degree, sure, but just as Louis XIV was limited in what he could do by having to herd the aristocracy around like cats, the President is limited by having to herd Congress around. Ultimately any head of state is going to resemble a monarch in some ways, but at least with the President we get some small say in it.

Anyway, you missed out. It was a great ceremony.

tbh, I feel like I missed out on the Lancaster flyover...and that's about it.

We're horrendously off-topic, though.
