That would make for quite the awkward Hawke-Bethany-Merrill-Leliana-Mahariel re-union.

That's from the cutscene when Washington crosses the Delaware Hawke crosses the bay to the Gallows.

I'm pretty sure that's how Varric is going to describe it when he tells the tale of Hawke heading to the Gallows with his moiety crew. Speaking of Varric, I wonder how he tells the romance of Hawke and Merrill, considering she's an elven mage and he's human.

if bethany would be ok with hawke and merrill how would carver react to it, and what to he say to merrill?

I'm sure he'd moan, whine, and complain about how Hawke had it better than he did.

Merrill would compliment him, tell him that he'll find someone, and otherwise try to make him feel better.

That makes sense. I suppose he'd handle it more maturely if he becomes a Grey Warden.

This mod may single-handedly convince me to put down Dead Space 2/my recent reobsession with New Vegas and play DA2 again.

Merrill is in my act one house! She's telling my dog a story about Fen'harel!

Is this new? I've not seen it before. Have I just been missing out on it before now?

No it is not, but I have had trouble triggering it on more than one playthrough.

I recently went back and made an entire new Dalish Elf character in DA:O.

He hates anything to do with the Eluvians ('cause it forced him to leave his clan and become a Grey Warden, and caused him to mercy kill Tamlen, who was like a brother), hates Blood Magic, had a small crush on Merrill when he was in the clan, romanced Morrigan, and gave the Dalish a homeland. He knows Bethany because she was assigned to Vigil's Keep.

My Hawke fully supports Merrill, even the blood magic (he's a Reaver). He gave her the arulin'holm, and he slaughtered the Dalish Clan. He also thinks the Eluvian may indeed help the Dalish.

I am one son-a-of-*itch, ain't I?:D

Plus he's teaching Velanna about "humanity" *hurhurhur*

Velanna was a firecracker.

Didn't stop my Mahariel from letting her know what the Grey Wardens do in their off time. ;)
...Sorry, Morrigan.

Really? 'Cause I had this planned out for like 6 months now. If I did, then it was extremely unintentional.
Besides, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Its also the most annoying.

To be fair, my Hawke is a blood mage, not a reaver.

It's sad that the rogue class doesn't have a blood related specialization like the warrior and mage classes.

I think it's pretty funny how Merrill and Sandal both seemed to get dumber over time. They were both slightly less stupid in Origins. But Merrill's pretty cute because of that oblivious-ness. I can never say no to romancing her because of her child-like innocence... X.x But oh well. She's my favorite.

I would totally pay to see Merrill learn how to do a body shot in the Hanged Man by Isabella. That just seems like it would be an epic comedy performance.

I hate Merill. Why Bioware didn't give opportynity to kill her? Even Anders can be dead.

I'm not sure I understand this fascination folk seem to have with characters they don't particularly like and killing them off. I would've thought just not bringing them along would be a suitable substitute.

I do not find your characterisation agreeable! You must now DIE HORRIBLY.

I mean, really? What's the matter with you people.
