There was only one banter between them and it wasn't about being elven, unfortunately.

There's more stuff if you flirt with Tallis (if you are romancing Merrill), but not that much.



My fave part about flirting with Tallis is that I can hack Merrill's model into the end scene and get this ^

Yes and yes.

I don't think Merrill even gets a 'fetch stuff' quest...I'm pretty sure all the others did (even Bethany had some portrait collecting thing).

As for the clan's heraldry, I was hoping it related somehow but I guess they just re-used the banners for the DLC.

Merrill is going to get her own DLC where she gets lost in a forest looking for a ball of twine. It'll be the cheapest DLC for Bioware to make because they'll be able to reuse the same environement for every section because Merrill will keep running in circles not realizing she's doing that until the eleventh run.

Hmm, just had Merrill and Fenris in my party. Left Talis, and an interesting bit of banter triggered with Fenris (Of all people! he rubs the fact that 'some elves still talk to me' at her) telling Merrill about a soon to be had meeting of the Dalish clans (That thing they have every 10 years)

I wonder if this isn't some hint towards an Elvhen/Dalish dlc soon? Maybe set in Wildervile? Or am I maybe reading too much into it?

Hawke actually says that during a banter when Tallis asks if there's a wife/husband behind the throne. Merrill says she doesn't think you have a throne, all of your chairs are too small. "Oh, Merrill."

Oh I know. I remember that banter. All of the Merrill dialogue in the game is priceless. I only wish Bioware had given us a sarcastic Hawke-Merrill dancing scene (and Hawke dancing with the other LIs for fairness)

That was my fave part...the voice acting was awesome (and the hand gesture).

Take Aveline with you and Merrill will say they passed along the same crack in the floor for the ninth time during the prison break^_^
