So I have my DLCS from DA on my one account Shotty The Shotgun, I can't log in, and the reset password goes to my EA account but even when I change it, it doesn't work on my Social Network Account.

So I can't seem to log in at all and no way to reset my password.

Does your password include any alphanumeric characters or is it very long?

It was relatively short password (4-7 digits) plus 3 numbers.

I don't know if they could just email Shotty The Shotgun with the password change link so they could know it's me but that'd make it right easy i think.

And you're sure it's the right EA account whose password you're resetting? The authentication is hooked up to EA so your login combination here should always mirror your EA account, with the exception that alphanumeric characters and very long passwords aren't treated right.

Yup positive which I think may be the problem, the whole EA account being linked to the social bioware account seems new to me and I had both accounts in the past separated with different passwords at one point. Now when I hit forgot password it directs me to the EA account, I use the same email address and change the password but when I attempt to log into the social network account with the newly changed password it still doesn't work.

I looked at the details of your account and I don't see any problems or reasons why you shouldn't be able to log in. Except I can't see your passwords so I don't know if there is a problem with that. Can you try changing your password on Shotty The Shotgun to the same password you are using for Proooblemo? Can you login with your Shotty The Shotgun EA account on https://profile.ea.com/login.do?

Ok looks like I finally got it, not exactly certain as to why but let me explain what I did.

When I used the "https://profile.ea.c...rgotpassword.do" option to switch password, that did not work for my Social Network login for some reason. However when I used the direct link "https://profile.ea.com/login.do" to change the password that actually worked.

Not sure if that will help for future problems but that's how it finally worked for me, thank you for the link...now it's time to get those ME2 DLCS.

Thanks for confirming your problem was resolved using Jeff Rousell's link. Had the exact problem after changing my password on EA's site. Took a re-set through Jeff's link before I could finally log into social bioware. To be safe, I shortened my new password.

I'm have similar log-in problems. I have gone to the https://profile.ea.com/login.do page, successfully changed my password, but every time I log on here, I get the "Create a New Account - Personal Information" page. My usernames on this site and my EA profile are different, but my email address is the same for EA.com and here (which are also linked since I have my DA:O, ME2, DA2 DLC/bonus items), so I don't understand why I'm getting a "Create a New Account" page. (The only reason why I'm still able to use my profile right now is because I can still access it on this computer).

The account you are posting with had the email address of your other EA account.  I have updated it.  This can happen if you change your email at profile.ea.com.  For it to update here automatically it requires you to log out and log back in here with your new email.

You should now be able to login here with your other EA account and will be prompted to enter a display name and pick an avatar.

What happens when you try and reset it at https://profile.ea.c...rgotpassword.do?

It says that my email address isn't a valid EA account.

Following what you said I was able to get back into my account as well however now all of my achievments and DLC is gone and I have no idea how to get it back.  Do you know of anything to get it all back?

I am having the same problem as ReechaniVasi now. I see that I've acquired the newest game promotions, but I would like for them to be with my original Bioware account (NullNullNix), since that's the account I've been using for Dragon Age and Mass Effect and it contains all of the DLCs I've acquired through promotions and purchases.
Now I cannot access the NullNullNix profile because this current profile I'm using (NullNullNix0) has the same email address. Is there any way to restore my original account (NullNullNix) on social.bioware.com, move over the newly acquired game promotions (found in NullNullNix0), and still be linked to the EA account so that everything is in one Bioware profile (preferably NullNullNix)?
Thank you for looking into this.

I can see both NullNullNix and NullNullNix0 accounts and they are not using the same email address.  If you remember the email for NullNullNix you should be able to login no problem.  If you need help recovering an email address you need to contact EA Customer Support.

I sent a very long message to EA support concerning this issue I'm having. As of a few days ago my NullNullNix profile said the email address is one that is currently associated with this profile (NullNullNix0). Now I see NullNullNix is using another email address that I use, but very infrequently.
Thank you Jeff for discovering this email issue. I honestly have no idea how that happened, but hopefully EA customer support can resolve this issue I am having.

Also by gone I mean when logging in they don't show up in the downloads tabs, i tried re entering the codes but it says that they have already been used, and my achievements tab is just completely blank.  I contacted support and the automessage said that i should get a reply within 24hrs which i have not yet received.  I would really appreciate it if i could get some help

Your DLC and Achievements are likely tied to a different account. I would check all 3 accounts that you have and see if they are there on one of them. If your DLC still isn't showing up or you need it transferred only EA Customer Support can help with that.
