I had to have my hard drive replaced my microsoft, unfortunately lost the data with it.  My achievements show the several play throughs I have from ME1, but without the special file that it saves at the end of the game, I won't be able to import my character or even play ME2 with any of the decisions I made (saved the council, didn't let the krogan die, etc…)   I've read a lot of forums and this seems to be the case, I'm just stuck, anyone know of any solutions?  There's plenty of save files for PC, but not Xbox, without tampering.

There is nothing you can do apart from replaying ME1 unfortunately
