I wouldn't hold your breathe for today, it might happen, but what he said can also be read that after two more days (i.e Tuesday and Wednesday) he can talk about whatever it is (on Thursday). So basically, keep your eyes peeled because we'll probably know what this project is in the next 24 hours.

As far as I know, Jesse Houston was the producer in charge of everything in regards to getting Mass Effect 2 ready for the Playstation 3, so I imagine anything about that PS3 is special to him. Maybe not to those who aren't interested in the PS3 version, but, you know, it wasn't their job. And he didn't promise them anything.
