I get this every time I go into Origins to play my save.
Why did this happen? Haven't a clue. But yesterday I bought Awakening, on disc. I installed it, updated it, and went in to make a new save with it so I could screw around on a higher level rogue for a bit, so I knew whether or not it'd be something I'd be interested in playing on the next go round (currently, or was, an Elf Mage). It worked and I had fun sneaking up and stabbing Hurlocks in the anal region.
The fun promptly became regret when I went in to Origins and tried to get on my Mage. 43 Hours in, inching closer and closer to the end, and it gets corrupt for some ungodly reason.
Does anyone know exactly how this happened, or how to fix it? I'm extremely angry at the game right now, given that I just shelled out about $50 in DLC and for Awakening only to have it essentially flip me off moments later.
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to mention that the Awakening save still shows up, but none of the others.
