I've recently bought 1600 BW points from the store, using Paypal, when I finished authenticating through paypal, I was forwarded to a broken url (A "/" was missing, giving me a generic page failed to load error), after fixing the url I received a message which told me (more or less) that the payment had already been processed. I tried to download dlc, only to see I had no points.
Since I received the confirmation email from Paypal, I am sure the money went through, though I have received no confirmation from either EA or Bioware. Wondering if theres some way to get this resolved quickly?

I used ea.com Live Chat support and got my points. From what I've seen on the forums, seems to be some sort of snafu between ea and paypal. Alls well, have my points and now can go save the universe. EQ has pretty good CS.

I used the same Live Chat and the CS rep said to wait 24 hours and check the Bioware points again...based on some of the other threads, it is better to avoid using Paypal here
