Who would be the best squad for an infiltrator with AI hacking as his bonus? (I've heard that Liara is really good to have)

Liara is good for biotics. Second slot could go to Ash, Wrex, maybe Garrus (though Garrus would be like a mirror of your abilities). Ash and Wrex have immunity.
Actually you could skip Liara entirely and go with Ash and Wrex just for the immunity. Every other enemy in the game with the exception of geth and a handful of others will spam immunity; you might as well. Wrex has biotics but he isn't very good, only Liara has singularity, and Wrex doesn't even have Lift.

I have just finished an Infiltrator play through. I used Ashley the most and Kaidan hardly at all.
