What I'm worried about is how Hawke is keeping 2 swords, 2 Staves, 2 shields, a magic ring, a bow, and a magical belt(an armory worthy of any dragon's treasure hoard), all in the quant little village of lothering without raising any suspicions.
The least immersion-breaking way of having a player's goodies show up would be to have a chest dropped by Templars fleeing Lothering or some such. Hawke finds the box of Chantry relics next to its slain guards or something. It would explain the value of the items, and prevent the nasty question of a poor peasant having such things cluttering the hut.
