Indeed...but I fear the Liam Neeson/ Lion combo is just too bad ass to pass up.

But you are already getting $20 worth of DLC free for preordering the game and even if you didn't preorder the game you would not have gotten these items anyway. How can you act so entitled to DLC that the company is giving away for free? It's not like it takes away from the game if you don't get this sword and shield.RohanD wrote...

So, I preordered the sig edition, with next to no gameplay footage, because I put my faith in bioware, and because I have a preorder with a different vendor, I won't get these items? This is so lamecore.
But your getting all that free DLC for preordering. Is that not enough?
It's just that I feel that I am being penalized for something. I am paying my money, I am preordering even, why should others get something that I don't? I can understand the preorder bonus, but vendor-specific bonuses!? It's madness.
I'm sorry to say it, but this really encourages pirates who simply want the entire package. Someone will crack it all and put it one nice torrent. Here's a lesson Bioware marketing team: make your product EASIER to consume than the pirates (who are kind of your competitors in a sense). Now that the PS3 has been firmly cracked open, no platform is safe from piracy anymore.
If someone can get EVERYTHING at the click of a button, without having to worry about preordering, before a specific deadline and also from a specific VENDOR, doesn't pirating become all that more attractive?
Go back and read this thread. Are there Bioware customers who have already put down their money that are worried or angry that they will miss out on these items? The answer of course, is yes. Upsetting your customers is generally not a good business model (not saying that their model is flawed since they are making tonnes, but it's not a good trend to set).
Are you really that upset that after all the free stuff you get with the game, you can't get more stuff for free?

Amazon's almost sure to get something unique too, but it may not be as good(Of course it may be preferentiel too.). Gamestop tends to get the best pre-order bonueses usually which is why I pre-ordered from therePrinceOfFallout13 wrote...

Amen. It's been confirmed on 2 unrelated preorder sites, one of which belonging to EA (who, you know, owns bioware) that these preorder bonus WILL go to those who bought the SE. How is there still confusion?

I vote Ron Perlman. That way when you kill someone with the shield you'll hear "War. War never changes."ThunderfoxF wrote...

@ AngelicMachinery: if you ordered from EA Store or Gamestop, yes. Other retailers are currently unknown.

2) There are a lot of people that don't read every post of a thread, even when it's shorter than this one.

I appologize, after asking the question I did read over the thread a second time after a rather quick reading. I will make sure that I read everything before asking a question again. Of course, I'm not really sure why it's such a bother to you.
