ok so im at the landsmeet and then alistair became king yet i didnt get the choice so i went back to the XBOX dashboard and started the game agagin and went to my auto save which was just before the landsmeet and i seem to be glitched i can talk to eamon ONCE and all he says is the alianage dialouge ("i heard there was trouble there. what did you find out?") and i tell him that loghain was with the traders and then the convo bumps out EAMON DISAPPEARS and then i tried to leave through the door to try and reload the scene area but i cant leave the door cant be interacted with and it says loghain was spared yet alistair i still in my party and i tried opening the door again to get the scene to reload but then it does the basic start where eamon starts the landsmeet, loghain calls the warden the "puppeteer" and then the scene ends but the otherscenes DONT START so i dont know what to do cause ive completed the game before but i dont want to have to do it all over again though so anyone know anything?
help!

Passing through.
Let me see if I can clarify your problem a bit.
(1) After completing the Alienage section you go back to Eamon's estate and talk to him.
(2) What precisely do you mean by the conversation "bumps out EAMON DISAPPEARS"? Do you mean the conversation ends, and then Eamon leaves for the Landsmeet? Or do you mean the conversation somehow ends earlier than it should during a normal run and/or Eamon disappears off the screen when he should be there (i.e., a graphical glitch)?
(3) Who or what says Loghain was spared? Or are you implying that after whatever happens at (2) the game skips to post-Landsmeet in the same room as if the Landsmeet has been completed? (The bit where Alistair then walks in to talk to you post-Landsmeet.)
(4) What are you trying to 'reload'? Do you mean enter a new area like leaving Eamon's estate? Or are you literally reloading a save at that point?
(5) Do you leave Eamon's estate at any point (you don't mention that at any point in your post) and the game just jumps to the Landsmeet for no apparent reason?
Personally it sounds completely glitched. But clarify some of the things I pointed out and maybe someone can provide more insight. (To be honest there's little console players can do to fix problems besides using an earlier save.)

so i went and completed the alianage quest and let the slaver live and then i went back to eamon BEFORE the landsmeet and told him about the slavers and then i went to the landsmeet at the location ROYAL PALACE and killed cauthrien. i then went on into the landsmeet hall said loghain had to die for his crimes and then said "i cant, i cant do it" to which alistair replied i will i owe that to duncan and then i didnt get the choice of ruler so alistair automatically ruled so i didnt want this so i went back and quit the game, reloaded my autosave which i thought was in the chamber where cauthrien was and then i discovered it wasnt and thought that the scene would play properly so i saved over my last save at the alianage and now all i can do is talk to eamon once and the alianage dialouge begins and he says hes giong to the landsmeet then he disappears (to go to landsmeet even theough we are ALREADY there) and i can also talk to loghain and the game thinks i spared him as he reacts as he would if he were in the party BUT he isnt. i still have my party of morrigan alistair and sten. i try to leave through the door you enter through when cauthriens fight occurs (the very first door(the spawn point, marked on map as EXIT)) and then i cant interact with it so im stuck in the room and the quest ays the landsmeet hasnt started so i cant o anything at all.

That sounds glitched. Why the game should recognise Loghain being spared before the Landsmeet is a mystery.
During one playthrough I thought I had Alistair and Loghain in my party immediately post-Landsmeet in Eamon's estate but just before Alistair walks in for the post-Landsmeet cutscene. (I brought up the inventory screen, scrolled through the characters and both Alistair and Loghain were present.) After the cutscene Loghain replaced Alistair in the party.
So you reloaded the post-Alienage save and tried to continue from there, correct?
After you speak to Eamon about what happened in the Alienage he always goes to Landsmeet, because he thinks you have enough evidence to undermine Loghain. It's not a bug or glitch it's just how the story plays out. That shouldn't be an issue.
It looks like you're using the auto-save at this point, so where does that take you back? You seem to implying that you're in the Landsmeet and are able to walk around and interact with the NPCs there; so where are you when you speak to Eamon? (I haven't come across this issue admittedly.)
Have you tried to enter the Landsmeet chamber itself? From what you write it appears that you are post-Cauthrien fight but pre-Landsmeet. I'll see if I can leave via the entrance of the room where you fight Cauthrien, but I have a suspicion that you can't. I'll try and dig up some old saves of mine to see how that scenario plays out, but I will warn you now.
As console players it's best to keep a few saves going (try for even PC gamers as well actually). Save before the big quests and don't overwrite them. Archive them as it were so if you do have a bug and you go back there's less work to do.

Dug out my old save but after the fight with Cauthrien it is, or at least it should be possible, to leave that room using either exit. And yes, there should have been an auto-save when you first enter the Royal Palace just before the Cauthrien cutscene and dialogue.
What you seem to be saying is that the game somehow skips certain parts, and out of sequence.
