Please Help.

I redeemed my code for the Cerberus Network expansion that came with Mass Effect 2, but I don't remember ever downloading the content.  I have a computer that says I'm connected to Cerberus Network when I launch the game.

I don't see any quests available (in unread mail) to get the items that come with the DLC.

I tried to redeem the code again hoping the download would pop up but I keep getting the message that I've already redeemed the code.  I have no idea how to get the download to pop up so I can have it in the game. 

I thought I'd test out finding the areas that are supposably in the quest in the game but I can't find those.  I'm thinking that's the first clue I don't have the DLC installed yet.

Can anyone please help? 

P.S. I've read over a dozen posts similar before posting but none seemed to be exactly the same as my situation.  Sorry if I missed the post that answered this.

Thank you Bogsnot, I actually found that when I was messing around moments after I posted. I would have never known to look there, but that is exactly what I needed to do. Thank you very much for the response.
