I know a couple of other sites and places where to discuss similar games. I'll contribute with the ones I know and then perhaps you can add yours.

Naturally every PW has its own forum/community but I am mainly thinking of more general sites that are still about something similar.

This is  also a good way to bring Neverwinter Nights and D&D to attention to gamers that would perhaps normally not be informed about it.
