Not that it'll change much for me, mind; I always play female characters first, and often exclusively - still haven't got around to taking a male warden past Ostagar. In fact, if I'm honest, the only real reason I bother playing male characters at all is to try out the romance options, and... well since Lelianna's more... openminded, and I don't really find Morrigan's personality that attractive in that sense... *Shrug*.
