Saves me making another thread, I have exactly the same problem with 2 "pending" transactions, I was billed on Paypal, the moneys been paid according to my bank statement.

Edit: Just to state incase someone slaps me with the "make sure your email has no special characters in it" and all that jargon, i've been purchasing Bioware content the past year with it etc etc.

This is the first time i've had such a problem.

I have both my purchases gone from pending to purchased but still no points??!!

Anyone got any ideas yet. I even emailed support with no responce. SO I went paypal resolution and no-one has even replied to paypal???

Ah okay, I'm not the only one. Not only that, because I got the "internal server error" message I did it twice! Ugh, will check out the chat, thanks for that.

ETA: Okay, he was able to fix it for me too, yay now I can buy ME1 and the rest of ME2 DLC!

I would like to thank Vanzgoogle and advise everyone else to follow his advice.



It only took live chat 5 min to fix this problem while I'm still waiting 7+ days for CS to fix this problem by email.



so use live chat to fix this problem!
