Thank you thank you for being able to fix your char later in the game =) that will be great fun to let FemHawke cut her hair short after a sad event or let it grow out long if she's feeling happy. Just play with things to make Hawke respond to the changes in the game =) happy happy joy joy

All non-EA pre-orders will get everything but The Irons (EA exclusive).

All I know is that you whistle for him while in battle and he comes to your aid.  How that is categorized I haven't a clue.  Once the battle is over he goes back from whence he came.  I'm assuming from your home base.   It does sound like a special ability, like rangers had.

IMO, AFAIK, the mabari's not any of them. Well, kinda of an item as you summon it with a whistle (just like in the DA:O mod) and so can be categorized as a summon.

Quick question. I preordered DA2 from EA before the cut off for the Bioware Signiture Edition. I know that I will also recieve these bonuses, however do we recieve a code with the package or is it emailed to us?

My only worry is that it will be emailed to the email address that I gave at the time I preoredered it, however the email I used no longer works so will I be able to get these bonuses still. I did change the email for the EA account that I used to preorder it aftter I preordered it so would the email go to that email address or to the original non-working address?

Any help would be appreciated and sorry for the long text.

edit: I preodered it for the PS3 if that matters.

Am I the only one hesitant to use a device described as 'insidious and twisted'? I'd much rather use a 'sweet and loving' device to change my appearance. Or neutral, like a pair of scissors.

She's more contemplative and polite, but yes, she could certainly do interesting things with a person's face.

It also says he can be a beloved pet at your home, so my guess is that he's there at your home base, wandering around or maybe he's spoiled and has his own doggy bed. But the whistle calls him to your side, wherever you are.

Yes you do. Everything except The Irons belt which is an EA only exclusive.

I hope that the Mirror of Transformation restricts Hawke to changing his/her tone and makeup, and the shape of their head. OK, scrap that, just as long as you can't change your tattoo, if you have one. That'd at least help define that it's actually Hawke rather than an imposter. Hey wait, I wonder if that would be noted in the Epilogue? I highly doubt it, but I guess anything is possible.

Did u guys ever play around with items like Fadeshear in DAO that had increased damage towards certain types of enemies? I never tended to changing my weapons (e.g. using that swap weapon set function) unless I was upgrading to a clearly superior one.



That shield design is sweet though. I felt like the original missed a trick in the overall lack of variety in the item looks, especially for rogues, although there is a mod that fixes that

Hopefully they will release the Irons belt in a DLC pack later on, like they did with the Incisor rifle with ME 2.

And the whistle dog ability is in a way like the cat abilty in Awakenings..only we had to click use for that..
Where do we keep the whistle...lol....around our neck?

I think it really depends on the platform. For PC there will most likely be a quickbar item you can click on.
Don't loose your whistle!
