hi , I bought and downloaded the game today from EA store.. it will be unlocked shortly..
but i had some other issues..
1st. no email has came so far and
2nd the code for black emporium isnt the same code i used to register DA2 right ?

So as I understand all pre ordered copies of Dragon Age 2 will get access to Black Emporium, Mirror and Mabari Dog ??? Asking as EA Poland could not answer me this question and my shop worker does not know either. I hope I wont have to spend Bio points to get Black Emporium stuff for me after i get my box tommorow...

I already got sword and shield codes and my shop special item code.

If you preordered far enough in advance for the signature edition you should get free access if its not the signature edition i dont think you will.

I spoke with a customer support person who told me this when I told her I was unable to get my sword and shield from my special deliveries chest in Gamlin's house, this is on PS3: I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I can't find either the sword or the shield on my game(Xbox 360) and i preordered. It's not in the chest. It says that i have it on my list here on the website, but i don't have it in the game. Can someone please help me?

I have a code for the sword and shield on my Gamestop receipt but when I enter the code on the redemption website here it says the code is invalid or not recognized...any ideas? I am 99% sure I am entering it correctly.

Can anyone tell me why I can't get any achievements for the things i dofor the DLC in  Dragon Age ll. O thought maybe I didn't do the plot right or something but then it just wouldn't give it to me for and story I did in the DLC. HMMM??? If anyone can tell if they are having this problem that'd be wicked.

Xbox 360 versions of games are usually buggy. I can't really try to duplicate your problem since my copy of this game doesn't come in the mail for 2 more days.

Is there anything different in DLC between Bioware Signature edition and Limited Edition? Just wondering if it was worth the hassle of me figuring out why Gamestop.com kept telling me my billing address was wrong.

Guys, are the codes interchangeable? I bought a PC signature edition today but I want to play the game on 360...can I input the PC code into the 360 version and get the Signature Edition content?

I think so. I put my codes onto the website and I have them for everything. I think TBE is the only one console exclusive.

I preorder DA2 but I cannot figure out how to get my sword and shield I got the black emporium but when I follow the instructions I got with my preorder I get nothing can someone help?

To get the signature edition, you would of had to preorder early January or before.  It was a limited time promo going on.  Hope this information doesn't disappoint you too much

If, You have the Signature Edition and were able to Enter the Code on the Website. On the ma when you transition between areas, there should have an area Saying Black Emporium, You can the Journey to the Black Emporium. As for the Sword And Shield If you were able to enter the code correctly it should appear in the Register Game Content, Then when you enter the Game Log in to the account you used to register t game and its contents. THen Check Extras under Unlockables to see if the Content appears there, If it appears there you can log out of your account.

How to Acquire the items should appear in your Game Journal when you play the Game.

I ordered mine in Dec and for some reason im not getting my sword and shield either, and iv used all my codes

@Faithlessprophet: depends where you ordered from. Initially Bioware claimed that ALL copies would get it. But it seems that a lot of EU retailers either simply weren't informed, or have bizarrely made the decision to mass boycott Project Ten Dollar and as a result aren't handing out promo item key codes.

What makes this so much worse is that this wasn't made apparent until AFTER the signature edition became unavailable to order. So basically we were stuck with getting no items when we were told we would get them.

I got mine Pre-order in Hong Kong This Week. It came With the Codes. The Codes that Came with Mine Work Fine.
