I can't find my code anywhere inside my box, I have the black emporium, Hound,.. But no fadeshear and lion or orlais.. And i pre-ordered before the 8th..

The pre-order bonuses aren't in the box. They should be e-mailed out by the retailer. Unless you are n PS3, in which case registering your game should be enough.

ive got the signiture addition coming tomorrow from play.com. - ive got my amulet code via e-mail. but ive got a feeling although ive got the sig. eddition, i wont be getting the fadeshear sword and lion of orlais... i so hope im wrong...

Ok, after listening to some people on here i went on THIS website and registered my game under my profile and got the sword and shield as well as some boots of the frozen wastes thingies

Would this issue be tru for the pC and Xbox too?  i'm on PC and have not seen them yet.  Preordered with Best Buy.
I have the Amulet of Ashes, Emporium, Mirror, etc., just not the sword and shield

I redeem the Black emporium and nothing happened. Restarted also no use. played next day still nothing happened. How to go to the Black Emporium? XP

My brother got Dragon Age II Signature Edition today from Game.es and when he registered the Signature Edition Code, this two items appeared in the game. They are included with the SE code.

I'm still waiting for my DA2 SE from Play.com (I don't spect it to arrive before next week, because I live in Spain and Play.com is from UK.

It seems I can't connect to the Bioware/EA servers through Dragone Age II but I can through Dragon Age: Origins. What's up with that? I don't want to start playing if I'm missing my "premium" content. This makes me very very sad face. I'm on xbox 360.

The same happened to my brother.
What he did to solve it was start the game and connect with his account, and then exited the game and redeemed the code again. Then all the game promotions appeared in the web. He downloaded it from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and installed them.

Thanks m8. My order was posted on tuesday so im hoping i get it tomorrow... Im a postman so ill get into the delivery office at 5am and search for it.. then go home ill (**wink**) .... so i can play it. WooT!

I click on the "more info" and it prompts a popup window that asks me for my email and passoword again. I enter it, and the message is "no downloadable content" after a short pause. I have tried this several times. I cannot get the Black Emporium downloaded. Also, if you preordered through Best Buy, they do not include codes with your online purchase or confirmations and are not sending out their follow up emails with codes. You have to call them through their online customer service. Give them your order number and they say they will have their "promotions" department email you the codes within 72 hours. Best Buy obviously was not very well prepared for this.

I've just checked my registered content page and been pleasantly surprised to see the sword and shield in there despite ordering my Signature Edition from amazon.co.uk - so thank you to whoever managed to sort that out - now to get the game installed and find them.

Anybody bought and received the codes for the sword and shield from Game.co.uk? I've registered the game and used the black emporium code, though still no luck with the two pre-order items.

Edit; I went through EA live chat, and they were able to help me out with the content. Anybody else having no luck with game.co.uk should try the live chat.

Black Emporium should show on Kirkwalls map. Or you did not redeem your code if you got Xbox.

I believe you need to read a letter of invitation from the black emporium in the house your mother is staying at in kirkwall, after that it appears in the map for kirkwall.
