I've got a new code for the SE content through EAs live assistance, they were very helpful! So if you've got the problem where the SE stuff don't show up on the "registered game content" page I suggest going there for help.

Don't know if it is the same for the pc version but the xbox version you had to pick up the items in a chest in your characters first house after fleeing lothering and read a letter at the house to be able to go to the black emporium

So yea.. this morning I got a second email from Best Buy, I was totally stoked opening thinking they had finally sent my Sword and Shield codes... nope.. it was another amulet of ashes email.... wtf?!

Similar situation. I'm not sure if I've missed a trick, but I've not heard anything about Fadeshear or the Lion. Not sure where the mirror is either. Is a Mabari meant to unlock too.

So many problems about the shield and sword :/
But the black emporium you have to read a letter from your home in order to unlock it if you didn't know that.
But some feedback on them shield and sword would be nice.

PC version. I entered my signature edition promo code for Exiled Prince and Black Emporium. It then said that i had unlocked them but they arent listed on my entitlements/more info screen... Now when i try to enter the code again it says that it has been used but im still not able to download the content.

Can you be more specific? We know you have to enter the code in on this site.... the problem is most people have not received their codes via email from the vendors. Also BioWare is now posting that people who bought the retail version preorder from the stores themselves should be using the upc code on the back of the cd case to receive the sword and shield. Entering the UPC code does not work though. It's very frustrating, the vendors don't know anything about the issue and BioWare doesn't seem to be commenting about it one way or the other on any forum I've searched.

Some codes need to be entered without the - between the groups.

My experience was, for the PC SE, that both items were unlocked after registering the game and entering the online pass code from the box. Can't say which one did the trick. The items were unlocked for PC only by entering just these codes.

However, I received a separate code from Amazon.de, also. After redeeming that code, as well, Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais were additionally unlocked for XBox 360.

I have no idea how pre-order items specifically work for console versions, though.

The Black Emporium is an unbelievable rip-off. A single limited supply of armour to purchase plus access to the character selection screen; I expected at least to be able to edit the preset face I'd chosen. EA and Bioware need to take a leaf out of Bethesda's book regarding game content and character customisation, not to mention moddability. Poor.

I like it.

PS: And how are you not able to customize the presets? Works for me (except standard Hawke of course).

Oh and you can buy respec potions there, too.

The mabari should unlock automatically and the mirror is in the black emporium which you have to make it to your first home in kirkwall to be able to read the letter and go to it.

for some reason i never got my pre order code from game stop.
i pre ordered the SE on may 5 got my game on may 8 and may 13 still no code.
all the other bonuses are working just the sword and shield.

You couldn't preorder the SE on may 5th, Signature Edition was only available before Jan 11th anyways.
